Already ordered a nice blouse at Clark and Campbell. My second order I ordered a dress. This was a bit too big. The team gave clear instructions how to return. I received my replacement in just over a week. Very happy with the fit and fabric.

Was looking for nice comfortable sandals online. I saw an ad on Facebook and I ordered. Unfortunately they were a little tight. I immediately sent an e-mail and they sent the right size. Very happy with the customer service and these beautiful sandals.

I’m a 70 year old woman and I had some trouble placing my order on the website, but the customer support was very friendly and very patient. I was guided in the right direction and made the order. The package arrived in good condition and my blouse fits nicely perfect for a women of my age. The blouse was exactly as described. I received a lot of compliments of family members at my sisters birthday. So happy with the purchase!

My order came and it matched exactly what was shown on the website. I was concerned about my order, I made a mistake when filling in my address. I reached out to customer service and luckily all my e-mails got answered quickly and the address was corrected. I was relieved that everything was ok. #happy customer

Horrible quality. Customer service lies to you. It is not based out of Toronto (as the site says), and it is the worst piece of clothing I have ever ordered. DO NOT order!

I always have trouble finding nice shoes that don’t hurt my feet. I finally found beautiful and comfortable sandals. Great quality!. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the sandals. Especially for that price. I wore them for my granddaughters birthday and I had no pain at all.
I even got a thank you card with a discount code.
I highly recommend this store for anyone who needs support and style.

At first I was sceptical and cautious. Because usually I don't buy online. But I’m glad I did.I saw a very nice dress that I wanted to buy. The dress arrived over a week. Very happy with the fit, very comfortable for my daily walks and they look just like the photos.
Will buy again at Clark and Campbell.

Expensive price with rhe product material. its a very cheap material. Do not buy this product. You will regret. I just got my order today, 2 sandals, i paid 100& and iam very disapointed. I wasted my money. I almost throw thwm in the garbage. I don't like returning thinghs that i shop online.

Ordered two swimsuits July 4/25 and after several weeks, received one substitution and no other suit. Sent email to complain only to get a reply to send the item back by paying $20.00 first. Said I wanted a full refund. Response was to pay $20.00 or keep the substituted item and get a 15% discount! Said I wanted a full refund and a shipping label, at their expense. 2nd offer was a 25pound refund! This is Canada, why the British pound currency? Why did my CC charge go to Amsterdam, NL and the substituted item ship from China, if this is a Toronto company? This is fraud! Be aware of this fake online shop. Clarke & Campbell Toronto

I placed an order 3 weeks before an event expecting the items to arrive in time for the event. A week before the event I sent an email and received an apology for the delay. The items finally arrived 2 weeks late. I wasn't expecting great quality given the price, but the quality was disappointing . They also did not fit - 2 mediums were way too big in add places and one medium was too small in add places.) DO NOT BELIEVE THEIR RETURN POLICY. I am currently trying to initiate a return but keep getting stall tactics... even though I am specifically requesting a refund. Each email is met with stall tactics..."keep them and we will send new sizes", then "keep them and we will refund you 15%". The latest is "how about 25%?" I simply want to return them for a refund but have yet been given instructions to do so.
They are clearly NOT Toronto based.

This is a fraudulent company. Highly inferior polyester products pictured and priced as if they are linen or cotton. Products are cheaply made synthetics from China. They advertise a 30 day full return, but use multiple delaying tactics and will not provide a return label. They finally insist you return at your cost to a personal address in China. Without a tracking number who knows that it will ever be acknowledged as returned within the 30 day window. Only by engaging my online payment company was I able to get my refund. Have discovered through other Trustpilot complaints that this fraudster uses multiple similar websites across America and Europe, all with similar complaints about the fraudulence.
