Wish I had of checked this company out before placing an order ! They are terrible ! I placed order Nov. 10th and after what looked like the order was going to be shipped, I was getting run around and advised on the 28th to cancel the order and refund my $300 ! They blamed lost in shipping. I told them NOT to re-ship and just refund my money., it was well within the 30 day policy. After much back and forth and not being able to speak with a LIVE person or being offered a phone # in which continually asked for refund, the order arrived 2.5 months later. Not what I wanted - DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM, THEY ARE NOT IN TORONTO, BUT CHINA AND ITS A SCAM.

Do Not buy from this company. It has been over 60 days I have not received my product and they refuse to give me a refund. This company is a scam. I had to go to my bank and issue an dispute to try and get my money back.

This company also goes by Mavis & Clark. They misrepresent their products as high quality, but what is delivered is low-quality merchandise similar to dollar-store items. Returns are nearly impossible, and despite stating they are located in Toronto, Ontario, they require products to be shipped back to China.

This company is a scam. Ordered a size 5 orthopedic shoe. Received the cheapest looking/feeling shoe in a huge size 36 which I wouldn't pay $5 for. It was the wrong size and an extremely poor quality shoe. They kept telling me I would get a partial refund and never did. How can this keep happening??

A total rip off!! Quality sucks -it’s 100% shiny polyester - (Alfie shirt) photo shows as poly cotton. It’s definitely NON breathable and you need a steam roller to remove creases. Return policy costs YOU shipping and import fees. It’s NOT a Toronto or Canadian company. DON’T BE FOOLED by anything on their bogus website!!! Buyers Beware.

I ordered a pair of boots November 8, 2025. Today is January 25, 2026 and I have yet to receive my order. I have asked several times for a refund and it kept getting the runaround saying they were checking where my order was and escalating it to their highest team. That was garbage nothing was ever done and I was constantly emailing them to find out where my order was and request requesting a refund. I was just told today that their refund policy does not cover lost packages in transit. I have reported them to the BBB do not buy from them. They are not a Toronto based company.. My order has still not arrived 75 days later and they will not refund me.

Ordered 1 pair, was charged for 2. I told them, and they said not to worry - I could return. They didn't fit (and were terrible quality) so I contacted them to return - numerous "stalling" emails trying to offer other styles, other colours, 10% refund, was made to send multiple photos with promise of "refund info". I think they stall for the 30 day window so they don't have to refund people. So now I'm stuck with 2 pairs of terrible quality shoes that don't fit. If I manage to get an address, I still have to pay over $50 to ship AND import fees to China (yes, not Toronto). AND according to their website they might "reject" the refund. Unbelievable. Same kind of scam that Chinese based companies run on Ebay and other platforms. DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY/BUSINESS. What I want to know is why aren't these folks shut down yet?

I would not recommend this company. I ordered from them and after 3 months still had not received my order and I live in Canada. So I asked for a refund and cancellation. They refused so I started a refund process with PayPal and they refunded me as I did not have the product. Very bad customer service and business practices. I would not recommend this company.

I had similar situations to everybody writing on this review. My question is has anybody gotten a refund even if it’s 35%? I’m going back-and-forth back-and-forth with emails and I’m truly disgusted that would be appreciated on the refund.

Your company should take “Toronto" off your logo. It is misleading. Most Canadians are trusting good people and are specifically trying to buy locally. What you are doing and the products you are selling are not friendly.
I will be looking for places to leave a review and to warn people to beware before buying from your company.
You are scamming people. Furthermore, the shoes you sent me are inferior and cheap-looking, and they're sized poorly.
For those of you who have read the above. Clark and Campbell and Clark and Mavis are virtually the same. Do not trust or buy from this company.

Nothing short of a refund will satisfy me at this point. It’s outrageous that you don't accept returns at your Toronto location.

i ordered a product Nov/29, today is Jan/5 and have not received it yet. apparently the product was 'lost' in transit and only from my inquiry, a replacement was issued which has not been received. several back and forth emails and these guys refused to even cancel my order for a full refund. ridiculous company and NOT actually based out of Toronto but overseas somewhere!

There is no actual store anywhere even though is says Toronto and no contact number
This is a middle man with a lovely website sending for the merchandise in China and charging high end prices
The order takes weeks to come and the items you purchased look nothing like the website.
The $95 boots are the $14.99 boots on Temu
Smell of strong chemicals wrapped folded up in tissue paper. The coats are flammable and not wearable. The purses are cheaply made.
I tried working with them to send this stuff back and they offered me 10, 15, 20 and then 50% refund because the return address is in China and very expensive to send back. They never contacted me after that
So I put in a complaint with my credit card company and got 100% refunded (over $500 I spent)
The merchandise is so ridiculous I wouldn’t even donate it.

Don’t be fooled by the Toronto name — everything ships from China. Items are cheap, poorly made, and nothing like the photos. Refunds promised but never sent. Customer service disappears when you ask for proof. AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!

Says Toronto Canadian company. It is not. Shoes tool two months to arrive from China. One order in four different packages arriving weeks apart. My last pair of boots has not even arrived three months later. They won’t provide a tracking number. Shoes poor cheap quality. Not orthopedic as advertised. $20 to return each pair so not even worth sending back. Scam.

I ordered a pair of boots.
Received them and was very dissatisfied. The product is made so cheap and the smell coming from the boots material is soo bad, toxic smell.
Nevermind the process of returning the item. It's my problem to find a carrier then make sure they don't charge for export fees and once return and verified by God knows who,still a fee for return process. Gimme a break. Total scam company.

Do NOT buy one item from this so called company. ITS ALL A SCAM. Would not cancel my order when requested immediately, items poor quality & bad fit. Requested return shipping label and was told pay $20 to return or get a 15% refund to keep the item. Wrote back a dissatisfied email and heard nothing. No phone number available on web page. 😡👎👎👎

I order the shoes Oct. 13-2025 it is now Nov. 13-2025 and no shoes- Still waiting, getting run around. I truly believe it is fraud. Called my credit card and requested they investigate and return my money.

At first I was skeptical because there was a delay in the order due to a lot of orders needed to be processed before mine could be shipped due to the strike. But these boots are without exaggeration one of the best boots I've owned in years. Not only do they look very nice on the picture. I can match it with different outfits. Apart from the look which I love, I love the feel even more. I can wear it all day without having pain in my feet. The orthopedic support is what really surprised me. I am very pleasantly surprised with the customer service which reassured me that my package would be delivered. Thank you Lisa! Will definitely recommend Clark & Campbell and will buy again.

Normally I only shop in person but after seeing an this ad I decided to take a look on the website. I bought this Athena coat I am very happy with it. Finally a coat that feels as good as it looks. It has a very nice lining that slides easily over sweaters. Perfect for the new season. Very pleased with the customer service also. Was a bit worried because of the Canada Post strike. The package had a long delay but it was definetely worth the wait.

what went wrong you ask?? EVERYTHING!!! how can we do better you ask?? Don't misrepresent yourself as a canadian company when you ship from china??? and LIE to customers.
