I would like to raise a concern regarding potential conflicts of interest and workplace conduct within ClarityPay. Manager Agent Cohabitating
It is recommended to review the performance and behavior of Angel Carlos and Roi Mirandilla. Both appear incompetent and often engage in gossip rather than resolving issues. During training, they even referred to themselves as “chismosa,” which reflects poorly on their professionalism.
Additionally, there are reports of agents consuming alcohol while taking calls, which is highly unprofessional. These managers demonstrate poor attitude and ineffective leadership. For ClarityPay to maintain its standards and reputation, their removal should be considered. Otherwise, the company’s credibility may suffer.

The comfortability that clear choice…
The comfortability that clear choice gave me when I walked in for the console, from the time I picked up the phone to call to make the appointment into the time I walked out with my teeth in my mouth been nothing but great news great achievement, greater more opportunities, and I could not have been more happy in my life to have invest in my mouth. One thing I was told you can’t put a price on a pretty smile and clear choice gave me that so I am for grateful for the team at choice. We’re doing what they did for me thank y’all so much as an organization I will be referring people to their choice. My brother thought next thank you clear choice. and all the staff.

UPDATE!!!!!!!
1- I tried calling the company back several times and was told that the supervisor would call me back- Phone Tag Nightmare!
2-I had my bank cancel one of the double payments- Clarity never mentioned they would refund the money- I never spoke to them on the phone
3-When my bank canceled the payment Clarity started sending me late payment notices via text and email
4- I call in again to let them understand that THEY WERE NOT GOING TO KEEP BOTH PAYMENTS AND TO UPDATE MY ACCOUNT JUNE WAS PAID
5- LORD HELP ME WITH THIS TYPE OF UNPROFESSIONALISM

I made my payment early and the company still took out another payment causing my banking account to overdraft- The company refuse to refund the second payment and or reimburse me for the overdraft fee.
COMPLETELY IRRESPONSIBLE - OR DESPARATION TO COLLECT ANY AND ALL MONEY BY ANY MEANS NECCESSARY

I was helped today by Customer Service Representative J.M. He was very clear in helping me understand my payment history as recorded in my bank transactions statement. I am relieved that I am up to date now on my payments and that no late fee is being charged to me because my payment "bounced" on May 20 due to insufficient funds. J.M. assured me that I would see the record of this payment being re-submitted in 2-3 business days. J. M. was quite professional and considerate in answering my questions. I let him know on the phone call that I was very grateful for his help. Thank you, Clarity Pay!

So recently my bank account was compromise I called the company to explained what happened and how my funds are frozen for about 15 days. The representative pretty much told me o well have a family member pay for it, or we will charge you a late fee. Very insensitive I will not recommend them at all.

River did an amazing job helping me out today. My checking account was sadly hacked and my debt card on file was no longer valid. He helped me remove that card and update my new one. He answered all my questions and was very nice.
