Absolute joke of a service. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! The customer service is terrible and the returns policy is diabolical. Quality of clothing is awful. After asking for a return, they tell you to return to China with no free returns or label provided meaning you have to fork out for international shipping. Then they offer 25% refund with no return. Quite frankly this is a scam and money grabbing tactic from the very beginning. I asked for a refund before the items were shipped and was told they cant stop the process and would have to wait until the items were delivered. Complete waste of time and money. Reluctant to even have to give them 1 star.

Late delivery very poor quality of product not representative of item displayed not even cheap so a huge rip off and to be avoided. Still trying to get a refund wish me luck

I ordered a cardigan which took over three weeks to arrive. When it arrived I was so disappointed as the cardigan looked nothing like it did in the picture on line, and the quality of it was very different too. The material was much thinner and clearly made with very cheap material without care instructions. Avoid this site.

Probably one of the worst companies I have ever bought from. The company is listed as being in the Netherlands, however, it took weeks for the package to arrive. Then when it did arrive the trousers that I had ordered were incredibly poor quality and terrible fitting. When I requested a refund, which on the website looks like it's an easy task, it turns out that they'd rather offer you a partial refund. First of all, a 10% refund and I keep the product. Then, when I turned that down, they offered 20% and keep the product. When I turned that down, they then offered 35% and said that's the last offer or I could spend money sending the product back to China, which clearly is going to be more expensive than the product is worth. So, effectively they are making money on unwearable products and hiding the truth about where the stock comes from
I would warn everyone not to use them!

Absolutely scammers.It took more than 2 weeks for the order to arrive.The product looks cheap,totally different from the site,it's actually plastic.
Aftrer emailing to ask for a return adress,finally I've got one which of course is in China.I have to send it on my expenses.It was offered an option for 20%return,which I have declined.Very bad experience.

First delivery delay by almost 2 weeks. The item shipped was torn and damaged. Extremely difficult to return and the email response sounds like I won't get a refund at all. This is total scam.

Getting into the floral midi dress felt like an Olympic event thanks to the stubborn back zip but once it was on the fit looked good enough to forgive the struggle

Terrible company, sent out wrong sizes. Asked to return and get refund. Said they’d get it right and send correct sizes, waited another 3 weeks. Shirts finally arrived 1 is correct. One is two sizes too big and the other is a random short that I didn’t order in the wrong size

Should have read previous reviews. Ordered what looked in the picture a chunky knit, yellow spot cardigan. Took over a month to arrive. What I received was a flat, synthetic looking, poor quality cardigan. What a disappointment. Have emailed them but not expecting much support. Do NOT be fooled by fancy pictures or fake set up interviews and waste your money buying such an inferior product!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. Ordered an extra small item and received what was more like a large. The quality was awful. And then there’s the return process!! They try to dissuade you from returning by quoting expensive international postage costs and 4 week refund turnaround and offering partial refund to keep the item. Even go as far as suggesting that they may not even receive the return and therefore be unable to honor refunds. Absolute scam site designed to offload crap quality items
