Excellent Service. We used this company to move us from Nottingham to Mablethorpe. Van arrived dead on time. The guys were professional, polite, hardworking and did the removal with no fuss or drama at all.
We packed most of our belongings but they had TV boxes and wardrobe boxes if required. Cannot give one fault, and cannot recommend highly enough. Absolutely Brilliant !

City removals were fantastic. We used them yesterday and it was such a stress free experience. We had someone come out to quote which was very reasonable and on the actual day, the guys turned up on time, we’re polite and such quick workers. Everything was out of our house within a couple of hours and we had so much stuff. The guys took apart and reassembled all of our furniture and even managed to fix our dodgy sofa in the process. If I ever have to move, I would definitely use this company again! There were zero issues. Thank you all so much for helping us!

Without doubt the best possible service we could have imagined. It took the guys less than 4 hours to completely move everything out of our old place and all set up in our new place.

They were 100% considerate of all of our things and used things like a TV protector box, mattress covers, floor covers.

No job was too big or too small. All large items were taken down and then put back together at the other end.

The value for money was absolutely incredible as well. We had two quotes and these guys were was £350 cheaper than the other quote we had.

We had two lovely chaps who were also really friendly with my little boy too who was very excited with the move

Cheapest price but best service possible. Moved belongings out of storage into our new house. The lads were cheerful, friendly, hardworking and they could not have been more helpful.

I found City Removals East Midlands through a Google search about a week before our move and wasn’t really sure what to expect.

They called the day before to confirm we were still on and then, on the day, arrived on the dot to start work.

As I was busy it took me a while to notice that they came very prepared - floor coverings, mattress bags, TV boxes and lifting straps.

The 3 lads really grafted and got the first load packed about 2 hours before we were to get the keys. The second load was all ‘outside’ stuff and was lined up on the drive. It was threatening rain so, instead of sitting in their van, they moved it all under the car port.

When we got into the new house - everything was put where we wanted it. They even managed to, somehow, squeeze an American Fridge Freezer (my booze fridge) into a small shed with a opening 6” lower than the fridge ... when I went to put some stuff in it later I found an open bottle of milk we had accidentally left in there .... not a drop spilt !!

End result - everything moved, everything in place and everything un-damaged.

Great lads, great service, great price - if we were ever to move again we would definitely use these guys - I cannot recommend them highly enough.

The removal men were very good. They completed the job very professionally from protecting the floor and furniture for loading the vans to removing the protection when the move was finished. I would highly recommend this company to any one who is looking to move house.

City Removals East Midlands were incredibly professional and very reasonable prices. They had a very challenging removal of our American Fridge Freezer into a tight awkward position but managed it impressively well without any bumps or scraps to either the appliance or the walls/doors etc. They were always respectful to our new home using cover sheets when needed and very polite and friendly to talk to. I would have no hesitation in recommending them and would definitely use them again.

Fantastic service. From start to finish, very efficient. They ensured all of our things were safe during transit. They used carpet protectors and were careful to avoid damage to the properties.
