The Police came to remove Patrick Doherty from my house
I asked Patrick to fit a rubber valley between 2 roofs. It now leaks worse than before all the way along the roof.
The second job was to fit a rubber roof between my garage and a conservatory. The rubber seal failed after 1 day and water drips in my conservatory. He also removed one glazing bar from the conservatory so now it leaks from the side as well.
Patrick didn’t return tools that they borrowed from me, promised to show me receipts for materials and didn’t, left nails and cigarette butts all over my driveway, broke my slabs, didn’t connect drainpipes, or install end caps.
On the last day, he demanded full payment despite knowing the roof was leaking. He refused to leave my house and camped outside my house until 8pm. The next day he returned wanting money and I had to call the Police to remove him.
He also threw all my roof tiles off my garage so they all smashed. I reported this separately to the Police as criminal damage.
