I had a great experience with Cinch. Customer service was excellent, my car was delivered and my old one taken away - no hassle or quibbles, just a lovely, helpful delivery lady.
I'm very happy with my new car. As someone who would not have traditionally bought a car online I would certainly use Cinch again and have recommended to others.

The lady ( Mia) was very pleasant & extremely helpful. She explained all the extras I could but aswell. I had the body coating protection & a 2 year warranty. It was lovely to deal with someone so nice

Unfortunately, the car itself let the experience down. It hadn’t been cleaned since we’d viewed it, and the light scratches we’d been told would be polished out hadn’t been touched. On top of that, the car’s app still shows the previous owner’s account, so I can’t use it.

When I raised this afterwards and suggested the PDI (pre-delivery inspection) should catch these things before collection, I was told to “take it up with Jaguar” — which felt like a real brush-off given I bought the car from Cinch, not directly from Jaguar.

Great sales experience, but the prep and after-sales response need work.

The ability to be able to pick up my car at a showroom was fantastic and saved me over £200. The gentleman who was showing me the ins and outs of the car was very pleasant and knowledgeable

I could not see the car l had seen online but l was assisted to get an equivalent and am so far enjoying the drive.

I purchased the car with the understanding that several scratches and dents would be repaired before collection.

The vehicle was left with the workshop for a week, but when I arrived on the Saturday to collect it, I found that none of the agreed repairs had been completed. I was offered a refund of the admin fee, which I accepted. However, I was also promised that the vehicle would be fully charged for collection, and this wasn’t done.

To make matters worse, during the cleaning process the dealership scratched the digital instrument display. They have since stated that they won’t repair the damage themselves, leaving me to try and claim through the warranty. If this isn’t covered, I’ll be returning the vehicle.

This is my first time purchasing an expensive car from a dealership, so I expected it to be presented in excellent condition. Instead, my 12-year-old car was in better cosmetic condition than this one.

Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience, and based on how this purchase has been handled, I won’t be using Cinch again.

Mia was brilliant, easy to contact and extremely reassuring throughout the process, also persuading me to extend the warranty on the car.

Buying the car was simple. The flexibility to be able to use multiple credit cards is a nice bonus. Its allowed me to take full advantage of a 0% credit card.
The car is exactly as depicted. In excellent condition, clean, no surprises…other than the reverse parking camera that wasn’t mentioned in the advert. A nice little surprise.

Great car / good service

Car had missing tire repair kit, had to fight to get that sorted, no screen wash, also had to get that sorted, British glove box, interior light, both brake lights were insecure (loose), and to top it off lathered in dog hair in the back seats with mold and imperfections they accept responsibility for but every repair quote I give them they reject?! Number plates are just fixed on without using OEM inserts so my boot has two sets of holes with the front having over 8 as they couldn’t fit the registration plate on properly.

Clearly don’t sign stuff off before delivery properly. Can’t even valet cars properly, swirl marks on the bodywork and white powder still on the car so it was clearly them!

Overall I’m not happy with the issues I’ve faced that they still haven’t rectified as of yet.

A great service from Joe and the team at Cinch, Derby. After popping in to view their fantastic range of EV’s and taking a car out for a test drive, we were very happy to purchase from Cinch. Joe was very professional, knowledgeable and very easy to talk to about the car and how it all worked at Cinch. A very easy process to purchase the car, sort the paperwork and then to the pick up of the vehicle. First class all round. I’d highly recommend visiting Cinch and meeting Joe and the team.
