Great engineer
Service engineer was good for making contact before our appointment and was pleasant, efficient and considerate when he was here.
I would have given this a 5 star rating except that there was a glitch with the appointment at the call centre so that he did not turn up on the original date arranged.

Engineer arrived in the time slot and was both pleasant and polite. Explained that the battery was overdue for renewal and gave us the option of replacing it or leaving it for another year. I chose to replace it.

Annual service done quickly and efficiently
Had the annual service done on the alarm system. It was done quickly and efficiently. Next year the battery will need replacement. Chubb have taken over the maintenance from the previous companies and the system keeps going.
