DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY They take your money, send cheap crap apparently or don't send anything at all and you cannot contact anyone to resolve the problem. All emails go unanswered. No phone or chat options. RIP OFF!!!!

Their products are pure trash, quality is below standards, cheap and poorly made for the price they charge is a rip off. This is a scam company. Customer Service doesn't exist. Send them an email and ask for return address, they will not respond. I filed a dispute with Paypal and they CherryBetty accused me of fraud said I wanted their product for free, I just wanted a return address to return their cheap over priced clothing. Don't waste your time or money ordering from CherryBetty. I wanted to return and get a refund and never got a response. Rate is a ZERO for me!

Run!!!! Do not even look at this junk. Poorest quality and customer service ever and to top it off the fabric stinks.

Made an order in November 2025, but having looked at reviews after rather than before placing my order, I emailed the company and said I had changed my mind and would like a refund. I received one email in response, but heard nothing since. I have not received goods or a refund of roughly £100. Steer well clear.

Awful awful awful. The jacket was clearly AI generated on Instagram. I would put it at Halloween Costume caliber at best. So bad. I'm embarrassed that I spent over $50 on it. There is also no tag on the inside. Just the size. No care tag, but I can deduce that if put in a dryer, it would melt.

I would give this company a zero star if I could. It is a total scam.The items arrived late and only two arrived. The other shirt was out of stock. I requested a return for the two items that I did receive due to poor quality and poor fit.

Only then did the company explain that they were out of stock on the third item.
When I requested an address or label to return the two items, they told me it was uneconomical to send them back (to China) and they were willing to give me $38 out of a $124 charge. Total scam. They didn’t even offer to refund the item that they did not have in stock. I would avoid this place at all costs. I’m sorry I did not do a review before I ordered the shirts.

First let me say, “all these American women pushing this website should be ashamed of themselves!” They are scamming so many people with false advertising. There is no Cherrybetty boutique in the United States and all of the product comes from overseas. It is poor quality, poor customer service and a sham of a company! Do Not Order from them!

Fraudulent. Never got my order and I paid $117.00. Total scam. Trying to get my money back has been difficult. Not giving up. Going past 30 days now. Would give zero if I could. I have all my supporting documents.

I placed an order for 4 blouses approximately 1 month ago. I received 2 of these 3 weeks later but not the other 2. I reached out to them regarding return of these blouses because they were too small in the bust. I also requested a refund for the ones I have not received. They initially responded and offered me $28 dollars but did not mention the 2 I have not received. I have sent numerous emails to them, however, they have not responded. The last one I sent I practically begged them to respond. I have received nothing else from them.

Received a partial of my order I placed over a month ago - While what they show looks great the actual delivery is cheap and poorly made. Too bad they dont actually give you a good quality. The designs are beautiful and fun fact - you can get the same styles and poor quality on Temu at a much lower price. Also - good luck returning - IF you ever get your entire shipment.

Wish there was a way to do negative stars. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Clothes "looks" cute. But they show a boutique and it's all shipped from China. The quality is not as it appears in advertising. There is no customer service when it takes 2 months to get your item. Waste of you time and money!

I put in an order for some shirts. Unfortunately I decided to look at reviews afterwards. As soon as I saw the reviews, and learned that the clothes would be sent from oversea, I immediately canceled the order. This was done in the space of 3 hrs tops, much less than the 24 hrs. I revived notification that the order was canceled but have not seen the charges revert yet abs is been over a month. I did immediately contact my credit card company and disputed the charge. The dispute is still in process. I would not recommend them for this very reason.

Very poor customer service. Takes days to answer and most of the time they don't even answer. I've.not received any of my order and the one time that they did get back to me early on when I ask for a refund they promised a 30% refund and priority over night shipping which I never got either of these. Thankfully I was able to stop payment before losing all my money. I went against my gut instinct when I ordered from here and lost 100$ 🤬

I went against my instincts. I placed an order and first it took a while for the order to arrive. I had to contact the company. Now, I want to return the items because they are not the quality represented on the website. 2 requests have been sent. They say they will respond within 24 hours. No response. Thank goodness I ordered through PAYPAL. My next step is to contact them. This company is shady. Again I usually am careful about these sites but I went against my instincts here. My advice is steer clear.

I ordered a velvet jacket and what I received was cheap polyester. The shirt was a horrible fabric and the sizing on all three item were so way off, I couldn’t wear them if I wanted to.

I would rate it 0 if possible ! I ordered two shirts that looked super cute in their website but the items that arrived were terrible . Very poor quality and didn’t look like the pictured items. I immediately tried to initiate a return and they would not give me the return shipping address but eventually offered me less than 1/2 back as a refund but last bonus I got to keep the horrid clothing . It took another month of constant emailing to get them to issue the refund that was promised : do not order from here !!!!!

Very unhappy the clothes are horrible quality and I pd for a dress never received!!! They send a email saying out of stock but still took my money!!! NEVER EVER WILL I BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!! How can they get away with this !!!!

Total scam. Shipped direct from China and was cheap polyester, not the velvet as advertised. Return was a joke. They stated returning was too expensive and they offered me less than half of what I paid. Never again!
