I paid close to $70 for two blouses almost two months ago and have never received them. I have contacted them several times and they always assure me that they will be shipping within a day or two and still nothing

Misleading as they do not have a storefront like ads portray. Everything is from China and is listed on Temu. Everything is different in measurement from their size chart and you have to pay to ship back to China for a refund. Poor quality and not the quality pictured on website. Customer service emails I sent with concerns were answered but with lies that the online reviews were lies and that I could trust them. They promised some discounts they would partially me but I never received any discount or refund. Total lies and scam artists. Do not buy from them.

I bought a top and absolutely loved it. I was so impressed that I ordered four more one never came in one came in and looked very cheap. I understood. I had 15 days to return it. I started from the moment. I opened the package trying to return I sent multiple emails and never heard anything back. I guess I am just out of the money. I will never order from them again.

This company is a fraud and scam. I ordered a blouse. It was NEVER shipped. I sent 11 emails over 5 weeks - they replied once early on saying it was delayed due to holiday. There was NO holiday. I challenged it with PayPal and do get my money back . DO NOT order anything from here!

Awful scam! Received two shirts after 40 days, 5 ordered. Crappy material, not velvet, not embroidered. Boy did I get scammed. Forgot to look here first. Would like to leave 0 stars. Shame on Amazon for selling this junk.

The worst crap I've ever gotten.
The pictures they use on website look great ,but the product you get look nothing like it. They look like its some 2D printed stuff on polyester.
It's horrible and they will not take it back or respond to your email no way to call them. It's a scam. Save your money.

Can't get customer to return email on where my product is. Been 2 weeks and still not showing shipped.

No items shipped/arrived after 6 weeks. Original order placed in early February. I have communicated by email twice. I did receive a response to my first email, written partially in Chinese characters (ie:2026年3月3日 周二 21:08 写道), in which they apologize for the delay, attributing it to backorder. However, I did not receive a response to my second email where I was asking for refund. So I contacted my bank and they refunded, no questions asked. In truth, I would have rather had the merchandise, but knowing now that it's not an artisan-type boutique (which they market themselves as using AI) but rather a glorified mass-produced garbage-market like Temu, I guess it's better to just get the refund. I wish there was a way to report them unilaterally across all social media so others don't fall for it.

I placed an order on March 5 and paid.
Never received an order #, no confirmation email - nothing to prove my order exists.
I emailed them and was told to wait 3-5 days for delivery. A week later I emailed again and received exact same reply.
When I replied to tell them that, I got this reply: "Could you please be patient and wait for a while?"
This is the rudest reply Ive ever gotten from a company where I spent $100

Also...found the same shirt on Temu! 🤦‍♀️

I purchased the blue ribbed flower and the purple butterfly. I was disappointed. The blue one is prettier in picture not lined and makes you itch. The purple is nice. Thin material. Sleeves are short. Only goes to
elbow. Not flattering. should have went to boot barn or cavenders. Also made you think it was made here but came from china. Lesson learn.

I placed an order, I have not received it. I sent 4 emaisl to the company “support”
The company has not answered, plus there is NO phone number in any of their sites.
Can any one tell me if you have their phone number.
Has any one has not received your orders, and can you post what you did.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! If I could give this company a negative star review I certainly would. I ordered 3 shirts. They came and the material quality was atrocious! It’s cheap garbage. Be warned, THERE IS NO WAY TO RETURN ITEMS! I spent $115 on 3 shirts. When I attempted to return them they wanted to just give me $40 and I just keep the items. I persisted that I didn’t want them and would like to return them. They finally provided a return address in CHINA! In checking with FedEx, UPS and USPS it would have cost me $120 to ship it back. I told the guy at FedEx I didn’t care how slow it was returned, they could send it by carrier pigeon but that $120 was the cheapest. There should be a law that if you purchase items from a company they are required to have a return address in the US. This company makes their website and ads appear to be a US company and they are not. I have yet to get my refund.

I ordered 2 tops and first off it has taken forever to just receive one of them. I immediately tried it on and it is way too small. I tried to contact them that very day, the very day I received it and ask what their return policy is…that was like three weeks ago and they have never gotten back to me. Horrible, horrible customer service.
At the point I feel I need to cut my losses due to a lack of response.

Horrible horrible horrible. I would give a 0 if possible. Horrible cheap shiny fabric, ordered two blouses that looked beautiful online. One came with a seam ripped in the back. No embroidery as stated just cheap screen print. Sent email with pics to the customer service and it bounced back as does not exist. Just not worth the hassle and I’ve learned my $69 lesson

Took two months to get my order. I reached out in an email and stated that since my order hasn't shipped, please just give me a full refund. Their response was, items are in backorder, once items are received, we will ship. They said that either they will refund full amount or give me a $30 refund once I receive my items. I chose this since they got back to me so quickly. Funny thing is, my order shipped that same day (items were on backorder?) Well, received all my items, reached out 4 times for my $30 refund with NO response back!! DO NOT TRUST THEM!

This site is a scam placed order it was canceled but money never returned. DO NOT get scammed.

Do not fall for this like I did. The items are such poor quality and the sizes are not true to size. This company is a scam and I reached out to them to return item and never beard back from them. Stay away f t om Cherry Betty it's a scam company! Very poor quality!

Placed my order on January 31, 2026 finally received part of my order on February 19, 2026. The quality of the clothing is horrific. Was missing items in order. Website pictures are very deceiving.
