The best Umrah package ever! Has one of the best prices and the most lovely help assistant Faizan. He helped us so much with all the details. Even took out time on his day of just to help us with the hotels. All in all one of the best umrah experience ever thanks to Faizan . I 100% recommend this to anyone wanting to go to umrah.

Wow. Where do I start. Firstly i must mention Faizan. He confidently managed my booking as the previous agent who i started with moved on. He was able to keep package to what was agreed and provided additional services. Even tho some changes where made towards the end faizan kept me updated and made sure that it met all that was agreed.

We had booked with this company after researching many companies and they did not fail to deliver. Namely Faizan who was brilliant from the booking to my actual return. He upgraded us to better hotels too at no extra cost. My stay in makkah at the Emaar grand was 10/10 staff were brilliant. So helpful and polite to the point of the girls at reception speaking arabic and giving their own tel no for the missing luggage retrieval. Again in Madina Shaza regemcy plaza reception and hotel staff were 10/10 breakfast included. Cheap umrah deals were not cheap imo but a fair price for 10 nights. Company were very accommodating and at the end of a call always so helpful.

It was my first journey. And it was amazing for me. Now i will recommend to my friends and relatives. Who will want to go to perform umrah. Inshallah. Specially I would like to give thanks to Mr Faizan. He had given tremendous support.
