Adeem organised everything with great care and kept us informed throughout. Although the hotels weren’t the best, he supported us the entire time and made sure any issues were addressed quickly. Regarding the hotel, the stay was comfortable, but after experiencing it first hand, I strongly advise **paying a little extra and choosing a better hotel**, especially if you are travelling with family. A closer and more comfortable hotel can make your stay in Makkah and Madinah much easier and more enjoyable.
