Haircut for long, thick, slightly textured hair.
The service was for a hair cut for my 12 year old niece. She has very thick, long hair & it has a bit of texture. Nima did a wonderful job on a blunt cut for her. My niece is quiet & reserved but as soon as she saw her mom she exclaimed, "Mom, I love my hair!" Thanks so much to Nima for taking the time with her & making her so happy.

Pleasant experience
I was very pleased with how helpful and pleasant the staff was, the receptionist at the desk was extremely knowledgeable and helped me find a product that would work well with my curly hair. Overall a great haircut and I will definitely be back again!

I’ve been going to Chatters for a few years now and love the service I have received every time. My usual hairstylist, Amina, unfortunately is no longer at Chatters but I had an appointment with Nima and he was amazing! I love my cut :-)

The staff are very nice and friendly BUT
The staff are very nice and friendly. However there level of care doing the perm was lacking. The towels and capes were soaked with the perm solution and not changed. I have burns on the side on my neck. I had to ask Kathy if I could have the cape and towels changed as the stylist was not around and did not do it. I was soaked all the way down my back from water and solutions…hoodie and tee shirt. Parts of my hair do not appear to have curls and other parts are frizz. I have had many perms and I have never had this happen.

From Tangled to Silky 🫶
My hair was tangled after a wash at home( couldn’t figure out what went wrong with the same shampoo and conditioner). I was in shock and couldn’t imagine losing my hair that I have nourished for years.
I called Chatters, and was booked immediately and within no time I was attended to.
To my greatest surprise, Urvi and Marta helped to detangled my hair with great care to achieve the minimum breakage, as I thought I was going to loose all my hair.
Urvi took time to gently care for my hair, She turned the tangled hair I went in, to a beautiful straight and silky hair.
Thank you for restoring my hair back. I can never forget this experience.
