It was nice to have a straighforward chat about what i was looking for and then have the caut done in such a short amount of time. This location has a down to earth staff complement with very practical approach to cut, colour, and style. Also, the storefornt boasts some really lovely products, both practical daily products in high volume amounts, as well as high end gift giving selections.
Nima was very knowledgeable about the products and gave great tips for hair care - he is now my hair guy for sure :)

Tina was very rude stylist she was so mean to us they told us price over the phone and then she wanted more and she didn’t want to flat iron my daughter hair although we booked for trim and blow dryer and flat iron don’t book with her she is the worst hair stylist I ever went too

very impressed with the professionalism. I booked an appointment then I recieved a reminder e-mail 3 days before and the the day before the app't I received a phone call reminder.
When I went in for app't the clerk asked me if I wanted a drink and then she sat me down and I drank my coffee while I waited.
My hairdresser was very nice and kind and knowledgable.
I was very satisfied with the cut and style and then I bought pruduct and the clerk showed my now I can pay for my haircut and products in 4 easy payments.
I will definitely go back to the Barrhaven store,
