I can honestly say that I have never dealt with a company as helpful and accommodating as Charter-A. From my initial enquiry to the completion of the flight, the service was second to none. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them and would most definitely use them again.

COMPANY WAS VERY ACCOMODATING WITH CHANGING OF FLIGHT DATE DUE TO LOW CLOUD BASE ON FIRST ATTEMPTED BOOKING.
WE TURNED UP FOR OUR SECOND ATTEMPT AND WERE TREATED TO A FIRST RATE EXPERIENCE - THIS RATES AS ONE OF MY ALL TIME THREE EXPERIENCES, MADE ALL THE BETTER BY THE PILOT

Hi first time I've ever had to book a helicopter and A-Charter couldn't have been more helpful. From the every first point of enquiry Mark assisted me whenever required. Always phoned me to advise what he was doing and nothing was too much trouble.

A fabulous service from the quote stage up to day of the trip, as for the trip itself the company were on phone to advice of weather forecast. When the aircraft arrive at collection point, the pilots were friendly and professional, they put passengers who had not flown before at ease, the whole experience was fantastic from start to finish, I wouldn't fail to recommend this company to any potential flyers. The show we went to is a bi-annual event, I will be ringing charter-A for our travel arrangements, SUPERB !!!

Working with UHNW clients often leads to last minute changes at the drop of a hat. The team at Charter-a couldn't have been more helpful in making the necessary changes and dealing with air traffic control. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to charter a jet or helicopter.

I googled helicopter flights over London and I choose this one because the airfield was nearest to my home. I first rang to ask many questions not least of which was that my daughter in law is pregnant and needed to know if she was OK to fly, the answer to which was if she can climb in we will take her, I knew from then on that this was deffinalty the company for me. On the day of the flight the atmosphere was relaxed and friendly. The pilot was professional and easy going. Everything was explained before we went out to the Helicopter so whenever got to the helicopter we were understanding whar was needed of us all. The flight it self was a wonderful experience with all the sights of London pointed out and many questions answered by our paitient pilot. He was checking all the time that we were OK and enjoying our flight. When we got back to the airfield there was no rush we were giving time to take photos all of us by the helicopter. From start to finish we had a relaxed and entertaining time. I would deffinalty recommend to all friends and family that want a very different experience of London. 10/10 Thanks

I used Charter A for a very specific reason - to transport an elderly frail relative to Ireland from the UK. From the first call with Mark to landing at Shannon the service was professional, reassuring and above all kind. He understood the remit from the beginning and went out of his way to ensure the whole trip went off smoothly. I cannot praise this company highly enough and would recommend it to anyone from regular users or those like me that have never chartered a plane before. Thank you Mark.

Well what can you say everything was perfect we travelled with 8dogs and 4 parrots and 4passengers everything was all done by charter a all the dogs paperwork for customs was all perfect the times where all spot on and no delays the flight was so smooth and comfortable pilot and staff perfect and a lovely lunch on board cannot say enough to praise mark and his workforce for such a pleasant and care free trip once again thanks

Seamless service at Luton to Chambery, and taxi from there to Courchevel (no flight as planned because of weather conditions), and then in return, flight from Courchevel Altiport (wooohooo!!) to Chambery and hence to Luton. 4 hours from ski slopes to home, and out to walk the dogs!!
Would recommend Charter-a to anyone. Competitive prices, flexible, good communication.
