I like to begin with I'm terrified of flying. But this experience has made me want to do it again,and soon. Our pilots name was Jeff who was very funny . And gave a really good description of the area. There were 4 of us who booked in al,l in a ec120 helicopter and everybody had a amazing time. Thank you all sooooo much,will see you again soon

They make things happen quickly and efficiently.

They're just really, really good at their job. Supremely professional, relaxed, friendly and helpful.

We flew to Bern in 2014 for a skiing trip and my daughter and eldest son had an accident on the last day (fractured tibia and airlift etc) - Mark put us on a much larger jet home at no extra cost. Incredibly thoughtful.

I use charter companies for both helicopters and jets, and I have found Charter-A as our supplier of helicopters to be professional, informative and very helpful from the moment I make the enquiry. The service doesnt end there! You have one to one support for the duration of the charter. Would I recommend this company, absolutely! They go that extra mile and will even source vehicles if I need them...

I booked a helicopter tour of London and the Olympic park with Charter - a as part of my wife's 60th birthday celebrations. Also on the flight were my daughter and her partner. Our pilot (Jeff/Geoff) was absolutely marvellous keeping us informed of everything that was going on and what we were seeing. His sense of humour helped calm any nerves that we may have had beforehand and he was just brilliant the whole time keeping the smiles on our faces. (he was probably disappointed by the lack of feedback he was receiving but we were all just gobsmacked by what was going on). All the people that we met on the day in the offices were friendly and helpful and made the day one to remember.

I will certainly recommend Charter - a to friends, family and work colleagues at every opportunity, and we may meet up again sometime in the future.

This company has been very easy to work with. They communicate thoroughly, and they know the ins and outs of the area. Even though we are not from there, they made us feel comfortable knowing that they were fully aware of all of the rules and regulations. They were also very transparent with pricing and timelines.
