Absolutely fantastic company to do with knowledgeable staff pleasant helpful know the products that they’re selling pleasure to deal with. Absolutely fantastic company bought a bench organised delivery with them then they rang and said could they deliver it earlier which was not a problem fantastic just ordered some other products after ringing up to confirm I was getting the right ones not a problem. I’ve got plenty of time to talk to it’s a pleasure to deal with such a quality customer service

A truly aufull expearance .

I have wanted some good quality wooden furniture for many years but never found some at an affordable price. That was until I was in Glasgow, 2hrs from home shopping one day and came across this company showing a few of their products and fell in love. I wasn’t in a position to buy that day but took some photographs. Unfortunately I discovered later that the photographs did not get a good enough image of company name and was devastated. I knew I had to get in contact with them somehow so I contacted shopping centre and thankfully they could provide me details. This all took quite a while but it was totally worth it to receive my lovely bench and I cannot wait to order more. Solid, beautiful furniture at a fantastic price, delivered and fully assembled quickly

Good communication, fast delivery & really pleased with the product.
Appears to be great quality & quickly assembled & up using my old parasol base.
Quickly lowered down & dismantled from lower pole to allow garage storage when not in use so not getting weathered outside.
Highly recommended.

Excellent quality planters, very well made, strong and sturdy. No fiddly flat pack construction, all pre-assembled. Great value, and helpful delivery service too.

It was delivered on time and assembled by a lovely gentleman called Omid. Omid communicated the delivery time the day before and before delivery. Omid was very professional and assembled the swing chair very quickly. I am very pleased with the quality of the swing and in fact thinking of purchasing a second swing. After going to the Ideal Home Show in London 2025, I promised I'd save up and buy the 2-seater swing in 2026 - and I did! It was delivered after 3 weeks and put together very quickly. I have been enjoying it for the past 2 months, and I recommend removing the canopy if rain is forecast or be ready with a broom to push the canopy up to release the pooled water.
Sadly, an oak tree has since fallen and flattened everything in my small garden, so I will have to wait for an insurance payout to buy a new one!

Extremely disappointed with Charles Taylor’s "White Glove" service. The delivery was rushed, leaving me to install the canopy and waterproof cover myself, and the team even scraped the wood during assembly. To make matters worse, I was charged £44 for delivery and the cushions were completely missing, despite the website explicitly stating both delivery and cushions were free for this £600+ order. While customer service eventually refunded the delivery fee in full and settled the cushion difference, they completely ignored the damage to the wood. They do not live up to their service claims, and I would not recommend them.

Fast delivery excellent service

Lovely garden bench and table. Great quality and looks good too. The wood is gorgeous and will be long lasting. It’s very comfortable to seat on. The delivery was good with the bench and table carried around to my back garden.

Very good products. I've had chairs, table, parasol, swing chairs and a planter. Can recommend very easily.

This swing chair is sturdy and well made. I’ve had an issue with the chains creaking though which is really annoying and also the canopy fills with water when it rains.

Items delivered by DHL damaged , CT ignores all emails sent and customer service is terrible. I called numerous times to only be told every time they will call me or email me back. Still no idea if i will get a replacement part as my bench planter set is useless. Such a shame as they make nice furniture but if you have an issue your done!

I like the seats,but another of imperfections like cracked wood....and the delivery takes way to long.... the cushions are not waterproof.....and cost a bit to much.....
