I went to centre for surgery to help me tackle an issue I've had for a while, I tried hard to naturally deal with it but needed the extra hand - or tools should I say!
My consultation with Mr Omar Tillo was great, he explained everything from start to finish, made me feel comfortable and was extremely attentive.
The customer service has been excellent and all the staff (Kerry, Christina, Sharon, Sophie, Somya and Carrie) have been very supportive, and helpful, they're super friendly and always willing to help you in any way they can to make your experience and recovery easier and better.
Overall, my experience has been amazing and I'm shocked at my results, I have gained back my confidence and couldn't thank the team at Centre for surgery more!

Dr Dimitriadi is amazing. Before and after my procedure I have felt that I was well taken care of and fully informed. I am so far I am very happy with everything and would recommend the clinic and Dr Dimitriadi.

Choosing CFS was the best decision I've made. I am due one more follow up next week.
Reasons why I decided to complete 360 lipo at CFS:
1. The WhatsApp feature meant I was able to get an idea of costs and more information on the surgery before deciding on a free consultation. I must admit, other clinics in London took a while to get back to me and in arranging an appointment to discuss.
2. Keri, who was my consultant always provided quick responses through WhatsApp. I was able to reach out about any questions throughout my journey.
3. I did not feel rushed or pressured to make a decision or payment. The clinic want you to make an informed decision in your own time.
4. The surgeon during the 1st and 2nd consultation also performed the surgery and follow ups. Dr Sendur is a godsend and is committed to you as a patient. I felt reassured from the beginning towards the end of my liposuction journey.
5. Dr Sendur informed me of the best possible routes for me to take to achieve a realistic outcome- his focus is always the patient.
6. The clinic, operation rooms and outpatient rooms are clean, luxury and comfortable. I received a 5* service throughout.
7. Clinical staff, such as the receptionists, to the nurses were also warm and welcoming. A lot of people are involved in ensuring you achieve the best result possible, so it impacted my experience to have such friendly faces around me. I was always treated with respect and warmth.
8. There are many options in finding the time to book follow up appointments, so that it could fit around my schedule too.

I am so pleased with this clinic and Dr Sendur that I shall be returning to start a different journey with them in the New Year.

I cannot complain at all about anything in relation to The Centre for Surgery. From my very first initial phone call through to the after care, the communication has been superb. I was made to feel extremely comfortable by all members of staff, particularly Daria, who answered all my worrying questions and followed up to check on how I'm doing. Doctor Sinha has given me confidence that I never knew existed and I'm really enjoying the new me. I've already decided on my next treatment and can't wait to get that booked in!

The Center for surgery has a level of care that stands out from any other every worry or concern is listened to and even post surgery the care continues

From the first telephone conversation with Daria I felt totally at ease.
She explained the procedure throughly and answered all my concerns I had!
When I arrived to have the laser done Alexia went through the procedure with me in great detail again to put my mind at ease as I was really nervous, time was taken and I didn’t feel pressured and on a time limit !

Very disappointed with this clinic, started by sending me to the wrong clinic for a consultation, no aftercare what's so ever after surgery, now refusing to answer my e-mails. They were happy to take 10k from me.

One year later they have still refused to respond

Having never had any aesthetic treatments or skin treatments before I finally decided I needed to start looking after my skin better!

I googled some companies and Centre for Surgery popped up I went to the branch in Crawford Street and I met Nurse Carrie

I was nervous as hell! But Carrie put me at ease and I’m so pleased I went my skin looks amazing

I had a laser facial with Hyalonic (not sure if spelt correctly lol) acid gel and I’m completely overwhelmed with the result

At first the word ‘Laser’ scared me but it’s a pain free treatment Carrie said that that creates channels into my skin that then means the hyluronic acid get much deeper into the skin

All my friends and partner have commented how well I look

My skin is tighter firmer and I’ve got a glow

Carrie is an amazing nurse I had a great time she explained everything so well

Also big thanks to Kerry who booked me in and arranged everything for me .

I also had some Botox for the first time to raise my eyebrows and they’re no raised but still look really natural

Carrie you are the best

Thanks to all the team and you won’t get rid of me now

Came here for surgical scar removal last year, my scar ended up looking darker/more noticeable than before. They also lasered a part of skin outside the scar and that hasn't healed correctly either. I've been using silicone sheets and gel for the last few months and these haven't made much of a difference. I'm actually considering getting a tattoo to cover it up!

Everyone at the Centre for Surgery has exceeded my expectations by miles! From the moment I made contact and enquired about the procedures offered, all the way through to my post-operative aftercare, I have been blown away by the levels of customer service and empathy shown to me on my journey.

At 62 years of age, some might question whether I was a bit old for a “mummy makeover” wanting both a bi-lateral breast reduction and an abdominoplasty. However, I was treated so kindly and with such respect that these thoughts were soon left behind. Lidia the Patient Coordinator allocated to me was great – she sent me loads of information to read and arranged a consultation with Mr Ertan Erel, the surgeon.

When I met Mr Erel, he immediately made me feel at ease. We discussed performing the procedures in a staged format, to allow my body to recover in between surgeries. He also encouraged me to lose a few kilos before my surgery saying it would be of benefit health-wise and give better results. He walked me through both of the procedures, what to expect and likely outcomes. We agreed that I would have the breast reduction first, followed by the tummy-tuck 4 to 6 months after that. I was offered a follow-up consultation, but didn’t need one, I was so happy with the first.

Lidia then helped me choose a date for the first op based on my personal commitment to lose the weight. The encouragement helped tremendously and in January 2022, I had my first surgery. On the day, the whole team were amazing, from the receptionist who greeted me, the entire theatre team – Mr Erel, the anaesthetist and all the theatre nurses couldn’t have looked after me any better. What was truly wonderful for me – I was able to go home the same day once Mr Erel and the nurses were happy for me to leave, no stay in hospital where you can’t sleep etc. – absolute bliss.

The support team telephoned me the next day to ensure all was well and organised an appointment to see a perioperative nurse to check my wounds and re-dress. How lucky am I – Sophie Ship is just the best! Knowing that support team was always available together with regular check-ups in Sophie's very capable hands I was very soon on the mend.

AT 6 weeks post-op, I had a review with both Mr Erel and Sophie. We were all delighted with the results and my recovery, it was agreed that the second operation could take place in May/June.

Lidia, then sent me loads more information about the procedure, answering all my questions swiftly and booked the date. To ensure I was fit for surgery, Mr Erel saw me again two weeks before my surgery. All was agreed and the abdominoplasty performed on 25th May. Once again, everything went like clockwork and every member of the team were outstanding.

I’m now 4 weeks post-op 2 and already delighted with the results. Mr Erel is a genius! I feel so privileged to have had both my surgeries performed by him. The swelling is already going down and I can’t wait to see how I look in a couple of months.

They also listened to my concerns and provided solutions that really made a difference in helping me to be more confident to go ahead with the procedure.

The follow up after the operation has been stellar! I know I can call with any concerns and they’ll accommodate me.

Excellent all-round service for my breast uplift and implant exchange. All staff were amazing and extremely friendly and reassuring. Mr Tillo is a brilliant surgeon. My new breasts have finally given me the confidence I lost after 4 children. Thank you everyone!

I had my breast augmentation and mastoplexy today with Dr Ertan Erel who was amazing, he is a very talented surgeon. I am at home on the same day and don't feel in as much pain as I thought that I would just a little sore. I must also give well deserved praise to everyone and I wish that I took all of their names now. The anaesthetist was exceptional as he explained everything to me beforehand and gave me the correct amount of drugs so I felt no sickness afterwards. The nurses and Sophie who did my pre-op stuff who looked after me were also exceptional, I felt supported and taken care of from start to finish and they made sure that they were there to help me with everything that I needed. Even the lovely lady at reception allowed my Mum to wait for me in the waiting area and gave her updates. Honestly if you are going to book with anyone I would 100% book with Centre for surgery and Dr Erel, I know that everyone's experience will be different but you are in good hands here. Also the patient co-ordinator Lidia answered any questions that I had beforehand and was always on hand, helpful and a pleasure to deal with.

Unprofessional and awful experience. Was hoping to get some scar revision treatment and the incompetence of the operating/coordinating team (Nikki Kaur, Carolyn, Lauren) led to me getting sent home the day of my procedure, wasting my time and the medical team's time.

Please avoid this clinic at all costs!

1. Scheduling incompetence:
After a great consultation with the surgeon on Feb 1, I was ready to schedule a date and pay the entire amount up front, but it took 4 weeks for Lauren and Carolyn to book my procedure.

2. Poor customer service:
During the 4 weeks, Lauren took up to 2 weeks to respond to my messages (Feb 8 to 23), Carolyn called me Feb 23 assuring me she would resolve the situation by Feb 25 and I never heard back from her to this dat. I had to call them multiple times. See screenshot of my Whatsapp conversation with Lauren.

3. Lack of preparation/planning:
When I arrived for my botox session to freeze my scar area before the procedure, the nurse was not briefed by Lauren or Carolyn on where to administer the botox and had to call the surgeon directly to find out what to do, which wasted over 45 minutes.

4. Failed to prepare me for my procedure:
The day of my procedure, after I had put on the surgical gown, the surgeon checked the area and told me that the botox had not been fully effective and therefore he could not operate. My first thought was, "Why did no one check the effectiveness of the botox BEFORE my surgery date and waste everyone's time and energy?" Nikki (manager) then came down and suggested I 1) come in to do another botox session, then 2) 7-10 days after come to check the botox worked, then 3) have the procedure... But why was this 3-step process not done in the first place!?

I sent an email to the COO (Michael Smith-Hardy) and the manager (Nikki) outlining everything above to ensure this does not happen to any future patients and get a refund. Nikki called me 2 weeks later to ask when I wanted to reschedule my procedure... I thought she was joking... No apology or explanation for anything above!

This is a review for the Senior Patient Coordinator of the clinic (not sure I can share his name): He forgot to reply to my email regarding request for an urgent appointment due to issues in his private life and after that dropped the ball for the 2nd time when there were no immediate appointments available and he did not try to arrange such seeing that the delay was due to his negligence! I work long hours and I rely on emails rather than phone calls which I cannot pick up. I felt very shocked by this front-line service and decided against using the Centre for Surgery purely based on my experience with the Coordinator. The sad thing is that the Doctors will not even know about this case and probably nothing will be done to better the service.

Centre for Surgery, is such an amazing place, I spent so long researching, reviewing, checking and meeting all different possibilities and I'm so pleased that I decided to go with centre for Surgery.

My surgeon was Dr Erel, he went completely above and beyond to help me, make sure I was comfortable and at ease. I had my procedure under a local anaesthetic and was quite nervous but I was reassured and kept upto date through out. There was also someone sitting by my side the entire time to make sure I was OK.

My patient coordinator was Lidia and she too was amazing, she was on call whenever I needed her even on her day off!

I'm am over the moon with my results and couldn't be happier. I can't fault this centre or their staff in the slightest. They are perfect. Thank you so much.

Please please please do not use this company!! If I could give them less than one star I would!

I came to centre for surgery after a bad experience with a previous company. After being promised the world I couldn’t be more disgusted with them!

Less than 1 week before my surgery after all travel arrangements had been made i received a call to advise the surgery would be moved to another clinic. Despite being promised my costs for this would be refunded they still haven’t been refunded 4 months after surgery.

Surgery itself went fine - I was advised to keep an eye out for “minor leaking” but be mindful of pure red blood. Less than 4 hours after the surgery I woke up POURING fresh red blood everywhere.

It was all over our bathtub, hotel room, and was pumping out pooling at the bottom of the tub. I tried to call the company and surprise surprise no one answered and the surgeon wasn’t answering his mobile number he provided me with.

The blood loss became so extensive I needed to call an ambulance who rushed me straight to the ED department to see a plastic surgeon.

After a 15 hour wait at ED that I felt awful for! This was a private procedure and should have been able to be dealt with through the company! An NHS plastic surgeon examined me to find the wound had been left open to much and was causing excessive blood loss.

After being stitched back up by the NHS I headed home and called the company who showed no compassion or care. They advised me they spoke to the surgeon who “wasn’t concerned” and they sent me home.

One week later I was seen by the nurse. This is the ONLY appointment I’ve had since! I’m 4 months post op and haven’t seen my surgeon once!!!

Despite advising the dates I can do the company continually offer inappropriate appointments and lack communication skills. After finally getting to my tether with them I finally asked for their legal department to start legal proceedings and I’m being constantly ignored.

I’m now stuck in a long legal battle against this company for a second time having just completed with my first company.

I would highly discourage anyone from thinking about using this company! There prices may be reasonable but trust me from now on I’d rather pay £12K to have a PROPER service than £4K for this atrocious after care!!

I had my tummy tuck surgery on November 19th 2021. And it has been an AMAZING experience I cannot thank Centre for Surgery enough!!…my surgeon was Dr Omar Tillo and he was amazing cannot fault him at all…incredibly talented man …i honestly had my doubts regarding my expectations as I lost 11stone and left with massive loose skin around my tummy but I must say he did an incredible job on me and exceeded my expectations by far!…my confidence has increased drastically.
Mr Omar Tillo answered all my questions and kept me informed pre and post procedure…I would HIGHLY recommend centre for surgery absolutely amazing service from admin to the medical team.

My experience with Centre for Surgery has been 5 star right from my very first telephone consultation! I had hairline lowering surgery performed by Dr Ertan Erel, a procedure that was extremely personal to me. All the staff and Dr Erel himself were so kind, compassionate and patient with me, taking the time to get to know me and build a good relationship. During my first face to face consultation with Dr Erel he took the time to hear all my reasons behind opting for this surgery and the result I wanted to achieve. He talked me through the whole procedure and set realistic expectations with me. We discussed exactly what would be expected before, during and after surgery and he made me feel completely individual. After meeting with Dr Erel I knew he was the right surgeon for me, he didn’t over promise expectations and he really listen to everything I had to say. So I decided to go ahead with the procedure. I had many check up calls from consultants leading up to my surgery, everyone was so caring and thorough and couldn’t do enough to help me in preparation. On the day of surgery I was extremely anxious, all the nurses, anaesthetics, doctors did all they could to calm my nerves and keep me company during the wait, they literally held my hand right up until my operation. Everyone introduced themselves to me and I got to know the whole team on a first name basis. Dr Erel had hoped we might be able to lower my hairline by 2cms, and at a real push, 2.5cm. Well he managed to lower it by an amazing 2.3cm and it is absolutely perfect! Any more and I would have ended up looking out of proportion. I am so glad I listened to all his expert advice and trusted him to do this procedure. It has already changed my life! I am just 3 weeks post op and the results are incredible. The whole team still continue their 5 star service even now. I have had numerous check up calls and the whole team have taken the time to get to know me on a personal level during this journey. I cannot recommended Centre for Surgery enough. I have previously had surgery with another practice and their level of service and communication was shocking and impersonal compared to Centre for Surgery. I cannot thank the staff there enough, from the bottom of my heart, and Dr Erel.
