I cannot express enough how highly I regard Mr. Erel and the Centre for Surgery. From the booking stage through the continued support during the after care, the entire staff at the Centre for Surgery has been exceptional.

When deciding whether to proceed with surgery, I put all of my trust in Mr. Erel's expertise and opinions, providing thoughtful and realistic responses to all of my questions in a down-to-earth manner. I had excellent experience. Before, during, and after the procedure(s), I felt completely comfortable with the care I was given.

I'll am eternally appreciative to everyone at Centre for Surgery!

I did not have a great experience with centre for Surgery and the Dr they employed. Dr John who worked at centre for surgery was employed by them apparently, they did some checks on him before employing him, but something happened and between them and he doesn’t work there anymore. But I had consultation at Centre for surgery, I have all the confirmations from Dr John and centre for surgery confirming my appointments. I had my surgery date booked. I don’t live local, so I had to book a hotel a day before my surgery as it was early morning, paid for garments. Only to find out 2 days before that I am not having my surgery, due to the centre for surgery didn’t book me. I have all the confirmations for Centre for surgery, Dr John. I understand I was his private patient but there should have been a duty of care that centre for surgery could take. A consultation has taken place, confirmation has been sent, an employee is carrying all the check who is employed by centre for surgery and then you get told there is nothing centre for surgery can do due to me being his private patient. I offered take a consultation from a different doctor Dr Tillo, he was good on face time consultation but due to Dr John and Dr Tillo knowing each other and Dr John probably said something to Dr Tillo which caused few issues and now I have been told Dr Tillo will not proceed with surgery due Dr John but I just do not understand why am I being penalised.
The whole experience ha snot been great. This review is true and genuine. I have all the messages, emails, email confirmation for appointments, email confirmations for the surgery and etc.
This has been going on for the last few months and now Dr John whatever he has done, with his GMC number online there has been a case registered but he has opened a ne clinic in Dubai to try and mess around with people there. Even Dr Johns team Grace was good for a month or so and the last few months they are not professional, they ignore and not response.
Feel free to contact if need to speak to me but all the above I has said it all true and its happened to me.

In my next review I will add all the email confirmations for consultation surgery and all the communications i Have add with both Dr John, his team and centre for surgery

Dr john , Grace , Angelo and centre for surgery , offer no help just false hope and time waste . I have all evidence , made me down all my money for garments, hotel and 2 days before I’m not booked in .

I had fat grafting on my buttocks (bbl) & liposuction 6 weeks ago. What can I say, Dr Erel is fantastic his work is total magic to say the least. My recovery was amazing and most importantly, the advice, guidance and aftercare I received was great too. Dr Erel changed my life and I can look in the mirror again with confidence. My results are smooth and curvy and I couldn’t be happier. I look forward to seeing the final results in 4 months time. Beyond grateful.

I have had a positive experience at Centre for Surgery. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The procedure was explained to me including the risks, have had excellent results from Dr Tillo.
I have received the best aftercare from the staff, and my recovery was quick with no complications. NI would highly recommend centre for surgery.

Professional but also personable service from start to finish. I chose this Baker Street practice after researching other practices for the cosmetic procedure, this practice was the most cost effective and at the consultation Dr Tillo put me at ease.

Furthermore the Nurses, receptionists and everyone I engaged with during this process was genuine and pleasant.

I had breast augmentation in December with Centre for Surgery and I am very happy with my decision to chose them! Three months later and I feel completely back to normal and very happy with the results. All the staff and the surgeon were so lovely and helpful. I would definitely recommend CFS to others!

I had been considering this procedure for years and when choosing a Consultant it was important to find the right one.

I decided to do my research and booked two appointments. First was with one in Harley Street, a facility which claims to be “world leading” for this procedure and the other with Dr Paraskevi Dimitriadi at centre for surgery.

The first consultation cost £300, in a flashy facility in Harley street, after what I can only describe as a superficial consultation with the Dr, I was sent then to meet the nurse. I was quoted £9.5k then asked what I thought, I explained it was a little higher than some of the figures I’d seen, they told me it was “my lucky day” and dropped the price by £2k to £7.5k. All in all a weird, very unprofessional, uncaring experience, certainly not a place I’d feel comfortable going under the knife.

I went to centre for surgery for my next appointment with Dr Paraskevi Dimitriadi.

I had read numerous extensive reviews so was really looking forward to meeting her. This whole experience was so much different to my first appointment, finally a professional Doctor who was honest and thorough about the procedure and any questions I had. For me in particular it was Dr Paraskevi Dimitriadi caring nature you can tell she truly cares about her patients, and referred to them as “my ladies” throughout, showing real compassion for why they have this procedure and recovery journey. I instantly got a great feeling of ease.

I booked my date in on the day and the price was so much more transparent and reasonable.

The whole team at Centre for Surgery were really helpful and there for whatever I needed. On the day I was extremely nervous but they were all so kind and supportive during my op.

I am so far 6 weeks post op, everything has gone as explained and I am very happy with my results so far.

I would have no hesitations to recommend Dr Paraskevi Dimitriadi and Centre for Surgery in future.

I had a cyst removed from my upper back and was careful about what centre I chose for this as want minimal scarring and a highly qualified surgeon.
The whole team, from reception to nurses to my surgeon were highly professional and friendly. They went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and informed, before, during and after the procedure. I had minimal scarring and even when I stretched the healing wound by accident they were very helpful in my follow up appointment, reassuring me and telling me how to go forward. They have been great at keeping in touch to check up on me by phone and email. I would recommend this centre from my experience. It was a tricky decision to make, knowing who to trust to cut me open, and I'm glad I went with CFS.

The nurses were amazing, receptionists as well. The surgeon always made me feel comfortable and reassured, he was always really relaxed and confident like very simple surgery specially because was my first. I can’t recommend more and was above my expectations. I couldn’t have been more well taken care of. Amazing team !

It was a major decision for me to have an abdominoplasty, but after yo yo dieting, the gym, hiring a personal trainer, debating every morsel i put in my mouth, i decided i no longer wanted to spend my life wishing and hoping and torturing myself. I'm sooooooo happy with my body, I look amazing. The compliments keep coming but i see myself in the mirror and i know i look beautiful. I can't thank my surgeon Omar Tillo enough.
I never knew a single change could make such a difference. My confidence has returned, my peace of mind. I just feel amazing every day. Mr Tillo did an amazing job, my instinct said it was the right decision to go with him, from my first meeting with him he talked to me as a person, i didn't feel like another job. My meeting was good, I felt like he was listening to me, but he didn't encourage me to do the surgery either, we talked. I knew after that meeting what I was going to do. The preparation, the day of surgery, the follow-up sessions, the telephone call to check on me. I'm 9 months post and looking better every week, my weight is dropping nicely and effortlessly, no more dieting for me.I've had zero complications/concerns and healed so fast. The team at the centre is so welcoming. Thank you lidia for supporting me all the way, it meant a lot as I was nervous. Dr Tillo is an excellent and thorough surgeon. I had lipo on my calves, knees and thighs. After having already had this procedure twice in my past with older techniques, the results were now looking unsymmetrical and a mess. Two surgeons, not as skilled as Dr Tillo but more expensive, turned me down. Dr Tillo sat me down, went through my expectations, went all over every inch of my legs and what I wanted to achieve, listened attentively to everything I asked for. And boy did he deliver. My results are fantastic. I’ve finally got the legs I have always wanted, they are slim, shapely and symmetrical and I am now able to go dating and swimming without feeling utterly self conscious. The man is fantastic and he’s given me portions of my life back. His team treated me with dignity, the utmost care and respect, put me at ease and the anaesthetist was also great, as was my own private nurse and all the receptionists. I have nothing bad to say at all, only gratitude, respect and gratefulness. Look no further than this surgeon and this centre, you don’t be disappointed.

The level of service and I received was absolutely fantastic.

From my 1st consultation through to the completion of the procedure I found Dr Tillo and all the staff at the surgery to be friendly, professional, and very supportive.

I had Umbilicoplasty done by DR M Sarwar. I have never had cosmetic surgery before so I was very worried and reluctant but finally took the plunge. I didn’t choose my surgeon it was just done at random but I’m glad I had him anyways because I am SO SO SO happy with my results. He is extremely honest and transparent to make sure your expectations are not too high or unrealistic. This scared me off initially but the fact he did this made me feel like my results were 10x better than what I was expecting them to look like. The aftercare was very good. I cannot fault anything. Thank you so much to everyone I met at the surgery 😊

Center for surgery is an amazing clinic I’ve had a couple of procedures done there and my most recent one was with dr Antonios Mitsakos for blepharoplasty and when I tell you I got the best result I could of ever even dreamed of.
The surgeon told me I could probably achieve 60% results but I got 100%
He also explained everything to me from beginning to end and made this surgery so easy.
My coordinator Carolyn was amazing she arranged everything and was such a great support she was even there on my operation day with me.
So I give center for Surgury a 10/10
They gave me back all of my confidence
And dr mitsakos was the best for achieving what he did to my eyes so a very big ThankYou to him…

3rd October I contacted the surgery for an appointment to remove a keloid scar. On said date photos were submitted in order to have consultation and a quote provided. After numerous calls and emails on my part asking for a quote and an appointment, I’m disappointed that a) I had to chase and follow up for a simple…this is the problem, this is what we offer….this is the cost…here are the available dates. To top it off today 15 November, over a month of me chasing and again me chasing I’m being told the procedure is no longer being offered. It would have been professional to have emailed that at least a month ago. Keloid removal is still listed on the website and needs to be taken down immediately.
