I ordered the elise shoes. Nothing is as advertised. The delivery time was severely delayed, the packaging non existent (shoes came in a plastic bag, no box nothing), the quality is poor like a piece of block wrapped in a fancy colour, the fitting is wrong due to construction issues (the elastic band is too short and merely elastic). I must admit it was the worst purchase I made on line. Do not buy from them, because nothing is as advertised!

Received my order today . It was advertised as cotton/linen . It is nothing like the image and all polyester. Poor quality, terrible wait time to receive a poor quality group of items. Would not recommend.

I bought an embroidered blouse advertised at €39,99 - a very cheap printed blouse arrived. I wrote and complained they agreed a refund (their site clearly states returns and 30 day back refund). A negotiation from 20% refund offered or a return which they stated is complicated and expensive.
Then it went to 30% then to final final 50%. I stated I wanted a full refund of the correct item.

I do not find them on your site and yet they advertise many great comments on Trust Pilot
