Had the item I was looking for at a great price . Even better when realised we had a store locally so could arrange delivery there rather than home address. Would have liked a email to advise item had arrived In store and ready for collection , the parcel tracker didn’t work … Good staff , great choice of products would use again .

Poor service
Lack of stock in store and told to order on line. Ordered on line to only find I would have to pay to have delivered and even to pick up in store!! Staff more interested in eating pizza than trying to help out in store. Store was Grantham. I will never use CEF again

I purchased a few things online which unfortunately were out of stock and couldn’t be delivered, however they kindly put me in touch with the Grantham team who were fantastically helpful.
I picked up the items the next day and I had a few words of advice provided to me at the same time. A great place to shop even if you’re just an enthusiastic DIY’er
