Great service and Fast!

Great service! I needed a flight case for a guitar that I’m currently building. Cecere’s Music were super helpful and I now have my case to keep my precious parlor safe.

Hi Satit, I'm really sorry about this experience you've had with us. I can only explain that we have had a difficult time during the pandemic importing products into the country. It's frustrating for us as well, but we are hoping this improves in the near future as the world slowly returns to its former state. We will always do everything in our power to help and find an alternative if possible.

Excellent Value for Money.

Item in excellent condition upon receiving and noted the the extra care taken to provide an additional layer of packaging much appreciated.
The item was precisely as per description and of good quality.
The only slight let down was the time it took from order to delivery of almost 21 days between SA and WA.

We ordered two RHODE microphones to use…

We ordered two RHODE microphones to use for Teams Meetings across a couple of sites. They work extremely well ... much easier for us to hear without background noise and echoes, etc.

Ordered on a Thursday afternoon and arrived before midday the next day!

Very happy camper!

dont buy violins online

i bought a gliga vasile violin from ceceres music .it was sent to me with a damaged finger board .also with a cheap bridge.i paid for professional set up .dont buy violins online .anyone .this was $1460 .such bad service .

Thank you for your feedback, Carol. We do find this review confusing and rather disappointing. Let's address every point you made. Firstly, every instrument we send, we double check for quality control and photograph the instruments immediately before packing and shipping, mainly because items can sometimes get damaged during transit. Upon checking the images, the violin was in perfect condition; no damage or blemishes. I can email you the photos with the time and date attached. Secondly, the bridge we used was the bridge that came with the violin which Gliga supply for that quality instrument. If you required a different bridge, that could have been organised easily. Thirdly, you did pay for a professional set up and it is exactly what you got. The pegs were conditioned, sound post positioned and the bridge was shaped specific to your violin. Your instrument was perfect ready for play. It was shipped in a sturdy case so unless the case was heavily damaged during transit, it's highly unlikely the instrument had incurred the damages you claim. Lastly, you question our service: We personally marked out and photographed the bridge positioning and personally wrote 'care instructions' just in case the bridge had shifted during transit. We included that print out in the case for you to follow. We have a full documented conversation between us outlining all your needs and requirements. We also managed to do it all during the Christmas and New Year period to make sure you received your new instrument in a good timely manner. We were never made aware that you were dissatisfied during our interactions. We take great care for every customer and every instrument we sell. We are at a loss as to how much more we could have done to make your experience better to meet your needs. So we can only apologise for not doing so.
