Technician did routine maintenance as scheduled but also diagnosed and resolved a small oil leak. Very thorough. Answered my questions and also checked generator output to breaker box.

Great service experience
The tech that did the service check on my generator was curtious, knowledgeable, and well equipped. He took his time in servicing and adjusting the generator. This was appreciated as we lost power later in the week and the generator functioned flawlessly. Thank you CDS.

Good reliable service
Service person performed our annual maintenance. He came on the day promised and left us the paperwork. My husband happened to see him when he arrived; he was very pleasant. Since he does not have to come inside the house, we do not interact much with him.

I mailed the pre-payment for the service in June. When I called it was explained that they were backed up and would contact me once I was scheduled. That did not occur, I came home last week to the service notice on my door.

Customer Service and Installation
CDS has met and exceeded my expectations when it comes to customer service and installation. Not only did I know exactly when and what time they were going to arrive they kept in contact with me throughout the entire process. The installation was remarkable, not only does the pavement of the generator look great the work they did installing the boxes in my house is not an eye sore. Not only were the installers incredibly personable they were knowledgeable and willing to answer every question I have. I highly recommend CDS.

Recent storms
We recently had a 4 day usage of our generator following a severe storm. The generator worked perfectly. The technician was prompt and thorough when we called for routine maintenance.

As good as it gets
From scheduling to installation, this entire process went off without a hitch. I had a generator installed by Mike and Chad. They were very pleasant to work with and everything went great. The whole process could not have been easier and I would recommend CDS and their team to everyone.
