The Technician came out and preformed our maintenance it took a while however they finally came out and left our work receipt in the garage.. it seems to be operating fine

Tech Jake arrived at our home on 7/22/2022 and started working on Generac after we told him the problem we were having. At first, he thought it was the battery but he looked at the terminals going to the battery and they were corroded causing a bad connection and not sending voltage to startup unit. So he replaced them and it started right up. The last Tech should have caught this but that's another story. However, because of this mistake they didn't charge us for anything and we greatly appreciate it. Now we're getting ready to purchase a new one since we had this since 2006. Again, thanks to Jake he saved the day and so has Generac! Your Customer Service is outstanding as well.

Overall a good experience. The gentlemen who delivered and placed the new generator didn't understand the Fairfax County Code for distance from a window and gas meter. I ended up having to do the measuring myself. They initially were going to place the generator too close to the window and meter contrary to code if I had not intervened. All of the electric and gas installers were very professional and courteous. The county inspector showed up to inspect the gas line and passed the gas installation, but I didn't know he was coming and the gas line installers were not here for the inspection. The inspector told me he had notified them via email and they should have informed me. Again, very professional installers for gas and electric.

Very nice gentleman. friendly and professional. He was notified at the last minute, but he had an upbeat attitude. It was extremely hot that day. He had no complaints. He's an asset to your company.

The technician was very friendly, thorough, and knowledgeable. The service was reasonably priced. I didn't like prepaying and then having to wait 2 weeks to obtain the service until there enough customers to service in my geographic area. The technician erred in telling me that my generator battery was 18 years old instead of 8 years old.

Excellent work

We are happy that we chose CDS to install a new whole home automatic generator. Denise seamlessly coordinated a complex process that involved Township submissions and permits, PECO gas line upgrade, bed install for the generator, generator delivery, gas connection, and later, the generator installation itself. Everything worked without a single problem. Any questions were answered quickly. All of the people we met were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I'd recommend this group to anyone. They have their act together.

Denise was amazing - I called at 5:45am for generator outage help and she had someone to our house within hours to get us back up. And that was after a major storm had affected most of northern Maryland!

Chad -the technician, was very thorough and gave detailed explanation of what was being serviced. He was very friendly and courteous and a good person to be able to talk with and ask questions.

Chad was the tech and he was informative (when I asked questions), did a thorough job and my wife and I were very satisfied with his service.

Had generac generator serviced after 1 year. Came out on time no problems. So far no problems with generator.

Chad Jacobus just completed the 6 month maintenance service on our generator. I very much appreciated his skill and thoroughness. Our 8 yr old generator is in excellent condition thanks to Chad and our other technicians, Mike Moyer and Justin. Chad was also very helpful answering all my questions.
