Was looking for a local company to install a cat flap into a glass panel and found Cat Out Of Glass online. Reviews looked good so went with it. I had a lot of questions as it turned out the panel was slightly too narrow for what I wanted, and with a large cat I needed a larger cat flap. Sarah was very patient with me, answering all my questions and when CJ came to measure and then install, he was quick and efficient, doing a great job. My cats are very nervous but fortunately they’re quite curious too so it wasn’t long before their microchips were programmed to the reader in the cat flap. Hopefully in a few more days they’ll figure out that they can come and go as they please, instead of waking me up early!

We had a cat flap installed 7 years ago and since moved so we came back to Cat out of Class. Sarah and CJ are a great example of the best duo in terms of working relationship. They want you to have the best customer experience and they are clearly experts at providing by going above and beyond from the first to the last communication post job being completed.

Both are very polite, they accommodate you being in or can easily measure without you being home. The speed and communication of service was incredible and you would never have known CJ had been in the house as he was so quick and efficient!.

This is the second time I’ve used CJ and Sarah for a cat-flap fitting and just as the first time we’re so pleased with the service. They do an absolutely excellent job. From start to finish they are a really clear, efficient and lovely to boot.

Would most definitely recommend and if we ever move again they will be who we call.

From the first email to the final fitting the team were super kind, efficient and friendly.

The 'do-it-yourself- measuring had me scared at first after a previous conversion mixup for a window - however the fool-proof system was great and everything fitted perfectly on the day of the fitting.

We were also shown clearly how to set the door up which we did just after CJ left, and young Sammy Sprat the tabby cat is already loving the new personal escape away from the kids!

All the existing glass was taken away at our request and we even got a reminder email to activate the warranty etc.

The whole process was made so easy. I was kept updated on the progress of my order and when the install date and time was set, they came as promised.

I can't recommend Cat Out of Glass enough. It really was five star service from end to end. They visited to measure up and a complete glass panel (full length and double glazed) was ordered to fit within two weeks. The fitting process was very fast and professionally done, and the team were great. We had loads of information on the process and the cat flap itself is just what we needed.

Sarah and CJ were brilliant. We measured our door but as CJ was in the area he popped round and confirmed the measurements. Sarah kept us informed of order progress and arranged a fitting time that suited us.

We used Cat Out of Glass a few years ago to fit our cat flap and they were fantastic. We had to contact them again recently as (through no fault of theirs) we needed the cat flap replaced. I'd been looking for a company that fitted cat flaps in double glazed unit's and Cat Out Of Glass were exactly what I was looking for. I self measured my door glass following the instructions sent by Sarah. CJ arrived on the planned date and fitting was as straight forward as it gets. CJ was polite, courteous and very helpful, explaining everything clearly as he installed the replacement glass and fitting the cat flap. He explained how to get our cat's Chip recognised by the cat flap, cleared his tool's away and disposed of of old glass unit for us. Cat Out Of Glass provide an A* service for a very good price.
