So happy with every aspect!! From the initial enquiry to the fitting Sarah and CJ were amazing. Excellent communications throughout, and a great price too. CJ came to measure up and fit the cat flap in my glass door, gave me some good tips and even fixed the door as it had dropped slightly. Extremely happy with everything.

From our initial enquiry (at a weekend which was answered very quickly) to the organisation of a convenient appointment by Sarah, nothing was too much trouble. CJ was quick and clean in his work and was also. really nice chap! They know their stuff too. Can't recommend this company highly enough.

Just had a microchip cat flap fitted. The service was excellent throughout the process, from initial contact, communications and install. I chose the self-measure option and was pleased how easy it was to do, despite my trepidation, it was all fine. Sarah is an excellent communicater (and very quick about it too) CJ's experience and expertise became obvious to us when he carried out the survey. Was very impressed to witness him measuring the double glazing electronically which would eliminate any last minute fitting anomalies. He was extremely friendly, focussed and respectful (he placed covering on my kitchen floor to protect it as the new doubleglazed pain was large and heavy 76cm x 190cm.)

I would highly recommend this company. From start to finish the whole process has been professional, quick and efficient. I requested CJ to measure my patio door first and his advice is second to none and left the cat flap for my cats to get used to it before installation which is a real bonus. My glass was ready early, CJ removed and installed the new pane in about 40 minutes. He also went above and beyond by cutting a hole in the fence for my cats to explore outside my garden.
