Horrible experience! I ordered a very pretty-looking dress that appeared to be shipping from California. After a week, I got a tracking number, but when I went to go track it, it wasn't in the system. I emailed them and they assured me it was coming. After three weeks, it arrived- from China! It was wadded up in a tiny envelope and a mess of wrinkles. It was also tiny. I ordered a large, even though I'm not all that large. (I used their size chart.) One of the sleeves tore as I was putting it on just because the fabric was so cheap. It was like a REALLY REALLY CHEAP Halloween costume, made out of tissue paper. I asked about my money back, but it had to be returned to China by at my expense. I just threw it out. What a waste of money.

Shopping can be easy and fun, and Cathybuy is proof of that! I loved the experience and I plan to repeat it soon!

I ordered 2 tops. They took ages to arrive and when they did they were nothing like the advert. Awful quality and tiny. Struggling to make contact as there system is conveniently rejecting the email.

I am happy with the clothes that fit, none of them shrunk after going through the washer and dryer, which was a bit of a concern. I'm having a great experience with Cathybuy. The only "negative" is the waiting period before all the items are ready to be shipped, which is about a week + shipping time. However if all transactions in the future are as easy and smooth as this one I have no problem waiting a bit for an order to come in.

If you want something for a certain day, make sure you order at least 2 weeks in advance.
Also most clothes that I bought come in 1-2 sizes smaller than what I usually wear but their sizing charts for each item does help to figure this out. It's not 100% as I had to exchange a few items but over all it is a good guide line

I wasted so much money on this site.None of the merchandise that I ordered fits me, returned for exchange and NEVER receive anything back..so frustrating..just thinking I made a donation..Clothes look so nice in picture but when they arrive they look much cheaper for what they are worth..

I haven't ordered from them yet honestly but I'm reviewing them on the stuff that they have for sale they have really nice stuff on here, I just want to know how is delivery how long does it take?? Etc..etc I will then write another review.

I have shopped on cathybuy for years.
They are a safe site to purchase dress, shoes, accessories items internationally, since they handle all the customs forms and courier scheduling.
Sometimes designer goods will even be a bit less expensive obtained overseas because of a good exchange rate. They also require that their vendors to meet a standard of quality, so your items will almost always arrive nicely wrapped and presented. I recently received something that was not up to that standard, and cathybuy.com arranged for a return even though it was past the return window by the time they got my communication on the problem. I recommend cathybuy.com without hesitation.

Cute! I wore this dress to a work Christmas party. The color is pretty and the lace is very nice. The only downside is that when it arrived it had several small pieces of fabric on the seams that I had to trim off before wearing. But the best quality. At this price point, I wasn’t disappointed.

Another company to beware of is CathyBuy. I went through PayPal to try to get my money back. I was given an address in CA by CathyBuy, which PayPal told me was not an address they had on file for the company. Even though I had proof that I had sent the item back and they had received it, PayPal denied my claim. I didn't stop there, I went to my credit card company to have my money returned.

Its ashame that Americans are being taken advantage of by these companies, because they know we like unique items to wear. The items usually are an ad within something we are reading. We notice the items and think wow that's nice. We don't stop and think to check for a review first. We are so trusting that when we put our hard earned money out, the item is going to come exactly as pictured. Then when or if the item finally comes it either doesn't fit or its very poor quality. The cycle starts to try to get your money back and they give you a small window of time to return it. They pretend they can't speak English and want you to get frustrated, so they can keep your money. They tell you its too expensive for you to send it back and to give the item to someone and they will give you a discount on your next order. What makes them think you want to spend anymore money with them? BUYERS BEWARE OF THESE COMPANIES THAT SHOW EXTRA UNIQUE ITEMS AND AT A CHEAP COST. I know some items are costly, however most of it is cheaper than our usual cost. Hence we buy a few items that runs up our bill. You might get 1 or 2 items, which are passable, then you order more and never get the rest. Beware of the internet and mostly shop in brick and mortar stores that you can see what you are getting and can walk back into to make your returns. If you order online make sure it's a reputable company. THINK BEFORE YOU SPEND!

Bought a coat from Cathybuy. So disappointed. The materials are cheap and the garment is way too small - like it was made for a child.
The advertising says it’s for an adult but my mid length coat fits like a mini and the arms that should be full length are 3/4 length.
Even though the advertising says “free returns” I cannot get them to give instructions on how to return the coat :(
Very bad service!

DO NOT DO IT!!! Wish I had read reviews before I hit purchase button. Took my $$ instantly - told me items out of stock but don't show out on line. Sizing is for children - not adults. 21 days later and I still don't have my refund for what they say they didn't have. And lastly - 1 wash and a JUNK shirt fell apart. BE WARNED!!!!

Same company as Fashion Mia.... same goods mediocre... never saw one cent when I returned the items some I just threw in the garbage because there items are garbage. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Run from this company.

The word for their products is "cheap". I loved the picture but the actual product was way too small and I ordered two sizes up!!! Now I can't get in touch with anyone. Chinese New year . But I couldn't before that! Awful. I got took don't you!!

Luvyle is another of the websites owned by FASHIONCION TRADING LIMITED (HONG KONG), am in the process of having them investigated, you might as well throw your money right out the window, if you get your order, you will soon realize that the clothes could have been purchased at a dollar store. They know exactly what they are doing and they are doing from several other sites.
