I dealt with Sophia through 90% of the process and she was such a pleasure to deal with and knowledgeable, I then spoke with Joe one of the owners at the final stage of the process and he spent about 2 hours with me on two different calls and he was also fantastic to speak to and really made feel comfortable with going forward in my investment through them. My wife and I truly appreciated the knowledge and experience we had benefited from Joe Shimko and Joe Coles. From our first contact all the way until we set up our Self-Directed Gold IRAs, they were upfront, honest, and extremely helpful. I had been looking into rolling over some of my Government Employee Thrift Savings Plan (TSP) and my wife’s 401K into a Gold IRA when America’s Gold Co. first contacted me. Both of the Joes and Sophia Manzanares from The Entrust Group assisted us from start to finish. They educated us to fill in the gaps in our knowledge and assured us of the reasons we needed to protect our retirement investments from the falling dollar. With Gold and Silver valuation predicted to be on the rise and a $37 TRILLION US Budget deficit, it was always a no-brainer. They advised us to keep a portion of our retirement accounts in place and continue to contribute to it even after rolling over a portion of our accounts in Gold IRAs. But we feel satisfied that the bulk of our retirement is safe from the coming market fluctuations and/or government interference with future 401K laws.
