I would give it a negative if you had…

I would give it a negative if you had one. Terrible pricing since they bought out the location in Oal creek, wi. I had 12 pet graves and the price went up 400% to dig the grave site. you know its only a 18" plot. the serivce fee just to write the paper was an extra $125.00. What the hell it wrong with you people!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Failure to maintain a safe/secure grave site.

Yet another failure of Glen Haven Memorial Park to render services that have been paid for well in advance of its need. After several months we finally came to a successful resolution to the missing grave marker for my wife's passing in 2017. I am disabled with bad knees and have to drive over an hour and a half to visit my wife's grave and put flowers in the vase. I arrived today and found not only that the previous flowers had been removed but the vase had been returned to its storage space and the "Fire Ants" had taken over and filled the area with dirt. I tried unsuccessfully to remove the vase for my flowers but had no success. I received quite a few painful bites trying to release the vase the first time. I had to go up and down the steps of the Roof Garden several more times trying to solicit help from the people in the office. After a small wait in the office the receptionist informed me that someone would be right there to assist in retrieving the vase. I returned to the grave site, traversing the steps again and waited quite a while and no one showed up. I had picked up some paper towels in the bathroom to try and free the vase and keep the fire ants from biting but that proved unsuccessful. I had to leave because my knees were hurting and no one was coming to help me. Since my wife's passing, I have had only two interactions with the employees at Glen Haven Memorial Park and both times been met with the inability of this business to provide the legally paid for services. Is this the way you intend on having this business operate and treat your customers? I would hope not, but who am I. I don't run this business, you do. How about doing whats right!

Thief's

Very disappointed with the pricing they take advantage of your emotional distress. To sale you all types of things, you will end up paying more then what your supposed to. They act as if they care for you lost. But in reality they just care to make extra money. John is very rude and unprofessional when asked to give me. The corporation number, he refused. I do not recommend this place to anyone. They have 0 security for your love one's and Graves Get vandalized. Very frequently. Located in west palm beach county Florida

The most incompetent people ever

The most incompetent people ever. They are so proud of their new online service and it doesn't work at all. You can't add payment sources and the balance/payment information does not update. The customer service department is very evasive and will quickly try to pass you to the funeral home or trust department that have nothing to do with the issue. Their system has a very nice way of telling you that you are declined while they remove money from your bank account and tell you that they don't have it. The customer service managers are very nonchalant and admitted that these errors happen "all" time. They are extremely unprofessional, unbothered and unappreciative of your business. Please consider purchasing services through a funeral home that does not use their services.

Incompetence

We first purchased a plot in 1986 for my youngest brother, later for my other brother in 2000. Later in 2002 for my Father, last 2005 for my Mother.
When I traveled to the cemetery to see the graves, and order the markers. (THEY COULD NOT FIND EITHER MY MOTHER NOR MY FATHERS PLOTS). When I went to the office to check they had a real hard time finding them. It took around 45 minutes. When they said they found them, the plots seemed different than what I remembered from the funeral. My Fathers funeral was under a tree near the Veterans area, which he is a Vet. My Mothers was many yards down, I remember because my friend that was with me commented on the distance. When they did find them they were side by side. I called recently to check on my Brothers plot it was covered with mud and mulch, and Fathers Veteran's marker and again they could not locate my Father's name. I was just there a month ago, I have two different business cards from two of the employee's I spoke with that day, and handed them the paperwork for the Vet's. marker. Now they can't find a record of him again. They sure remember the Thousands of dollars it takes to put them there. Everything for my parents was prepaid, markers, plots, vaults, and all. There should be no problems locating them or their plots. Unless you don't have them?
It is a disgrace anyone should have to go through this. I conveyed my disapproval at their way of business and the misplacement of bodies. Now I am wondering if my parent's are really there at all.
It is so strange that they have lost or misplaced their records twice in less than 4 months. I would avoid Catawba Memorial Park, Funerals and Cremations.
It is now 2018 and My father still does not have his Vetran's Marker, they lost the paper work so they should fix the Problem. Liar's and Thieves, Avoid them is possible.
