Haven't redeemed yet but optimistic
If you play without purchasing it can be pretty tricky to build up enough to cash out, but the gameplay is great. They have a pretty vast selection to choose from with some of my most favorite providers. A little time consuming but once you have enough to cash out or even just a nest egg to play bigger bets, it's a blast.

They use to be good but recently i won $20 off the free play i got and they straight took all but $3 of it trying to say all you get to keep is 10% off of free play i have pictures of the conversation and now everytime im winning they reload the page in the middle of a game and i loose everything i have.

Wow. So originally before I added money to play, which I always do I check the reviews and I swore it said 4.1. So I add money and play and now that I am trying to redeem I go back and check the reviews and this place has gone down hill. I actually spoke with someone from live chat the other day and they confirmed I would receive my pay out and had met the requirements for pay, but I can't even get the verification process done. Icicng on the cake now live chat isn't responding.....I hope I can come back with a better response.
Yes an email was sent 620am this morning to my spam folder requesting more documents that weren't originally requested, mind you after I had this escalated twice, now I am submitting more documentation to see how long it takes to get my pay out, Will keep this review updated

So disappointed
So disappointed, should've read the reviews first! There is no way, from a legitimate site, that it takes 3+ days (some are saying MONTHS) to verify an account. Then, IF you get verified, another 3+days(weeks, months) to get paid.
It's such a shame because the site itself is good. Lots of games/providers. BUT, unless you're just enjoying playing for free, don't bother with spending your money.
Hopefully one day they'll get their act together and it will turnaround. I'll be sure to come back and add more/less stars if something changes. Good luck everyone!!
Update -So it's been about a week since I started the process. It's been 48 hours since documents cleared and some winnings requested. It doesn't take that long to pay your players, especially with Bitcoin withdrawals. They can take your money instantly but apparently do not pay out. Too bad, I like the site itself,but don't waste your money here.

Good game selection but terrible verification and redemption process. It takes 3+ business days for them to verify you and if you need to provide additional information, it takes another 3+ days for them to review that. Once you’re verified, it takes 3+ days to get it approved.

Ive actually been playing with Click since they first started up. I won like $8k and I ended up redeeming like $7k to my Bitcoin wallet.
I waited like 2 weeks and nothing... not a response from them, nothing.
And then, on like week 3 or 4, I randomly got a crypto deposit and it was from them.
They do pay out, EVENTUALLY.. But its gotten even worse now. I won $16k a few months ago and they took like 2 months to even start approving my redemption requests.. so by that point, I did exactly what they want everyone to do, I played a lot of it back, out of boredom....ALSO, they changed their rules and put a $2500 cap on redemption requests, and u have to wait until one is approved to even submit another one. So yeah.. I wont play there anymore. They're horrible about payouts. And im sure there will come a day that they just stop paying people. They're super sketchy. Im actually probably going to email the Attorney Generals Office about them.

Super slow redemption
I play daily and have verified for over 20 online social casinos. Casino Click is HORRIBLE about redemptions. I've been waiting over 2 weeks for gift cards to be approved. This is absolutely INSA E. The absolute longest I've ever waited on any platform is 3 days. I let them know directly thay this discourages me from making any purchases, there IS NO EXCUSE for such delays in redemption. They don't mind taking your money immediately but forget getting it back in any kind of reasonable timing. Customer service simply says It's in queue and they are overloaded which cannot be true. No doubt they've lost A LOT of business over this. Not to mention...there is ZERO reason to make a purchase and play while waiting on a redemption because you can't submit another one until they are done.

I just want to say casino, click their customer service has been hands down the best customer service that i've ever had. They answered within fifteen seconds and also when the agent I guess maybe couldn't do something i asked he immediately got a supervisor on the chat with us. And the supervisor has been such a great help casino.Click has by far the best customer service that i've ever dealt with

Lies lies lies. They took weeks to process my first Redemption. Even longer on the second and it still hasn't arrived. They're telling me there are delays at their payment processor due to a high volume of transactions. TOTAL BS. If it takes them over a month to pay a $100 redemption, imagine how they'll treat you with a significant prize. Just go play somewhere else. This place is horrendous.

Bitcoin withdrawal pending with no explanation
I requested a Bitcoin withdrawal and it has now been pending for over six days, despite Casino Click stating that cryptocurrency redemptions are typically completed within approximately three business days after review.
My account has been fully verified since the platform launched, and I have been told multiple times that nothing is required from my side. Each time I contact support, I receive a generic response saying the issue has been “forwarded to the appropriate department,” with no explanation for the delay, no status update, and no timeline.
Support has admitted they do not know what caused the delay, which is concerning for a financial transaction. Escalation has been mentioned more than once, but the withdrawal remains stuck in the same pending status.
At this point, I am simply asking for transparency and follow-through. If Casino Click responds here, I hope it will be with a clear update, reason for the delay, and confirmation of when the withdrawal will be processed, not another copy-and-paste response.
I will update this review once the issue is resolved.

When I went to redeem they told me I needed to do the kyc verification process which I had already done about 6 months ago they informed me I had to reverify. Ended up playing all the money back while I was waiting for the kyc verification which made me mad but that was on me. Well silly enough I made a deposit and played again. Winning another $100 I went and redeemed $100 and again I'm waiting. They emailed me in told me A week ago that my verification has Been approved And completed So what am I waiting for It has been three days and I have not even gotten an email yet saying That they received my Redemption request So today I emailed them And I still have not heard a people from this platform I would not Deposit money Into this platform if I were you.

Very intrusive KYC process that takes forever
UPDATE Feb 18: I did finally manage to get past the KYC process and was successfully paid out, so I have revised my rating to 3 stars as it was still a needlessly frustrating process but they did pay out in the end. Below is the review i originally left for the sake of transparency.

Out of all of the sweepstakes casinos I have played at, this one has the slowest and most intrusive KYC process I've seen by far. On other sites, I can typically get verified within a few hours, or at most, a couple of days. Here, I've been waiting 4 weeks and am still not verified despite submitting all of the requested info. Until these guys finally verify me, I can't even submit a redemption request for my winnings, and from the other reviews here, it sounds like I'll be waiting several weeks on that if they even bother to verify me.
On casino.click, the KYC process expects ALL of the following: ID, selfie, utility bill, pictures of the front and back of the debit card used, as well as a copy of the bank statement of the account you wish to redeem to. I submitted the requested info on January 3rd, I received an email from the KYC team requesting more info on January 7th which I promptly replied with, and as of February 1st, I have not heard anything back and my account remains unable to redeem.
I contacted support around January 25th in hopes to get an update on this and they said they would escalate it, however, I have still not heard anything back. At this point, I'm beginning to wonder if I will ever get paid out.
If you like wasting money this is certainly a good place to do it, but if you hope to win and actually get paid out in a reasonably timely manner, I would look elsewhere.

I would give them a 1 star because this is a shit show. They will not pay you and they need to be shut down. Do anybody have a good lawyer so we can sue them for false advertisement the dates they give is not right.
