Cash train is always helpful I have been with them for 2 years not once have they denied me.. and I'm on Centrelink they will always give you a go if you pay them on time.. you do right by them they will do right by you..

Cash train Strathpine Qld, staff are very unprofessional and try to take payments out before due date and then charge a fee for it when it is there fault. A loan went over 3 extra days because they charge a dishonour fee through there fault “$40” my contract finished on the 3/10/2022 final payment $25 clearly written in the paperwork. Said nothing about any fees . Checked my bank and shows $40 taken out. Called them and they said it was a dishonour fee from February yet I asked them last month for a final figure and date . Paperwork was sent by email saying final payment $25 .so they decided to take a dishonour fee and add another fee for going over the contract for the failure to notify me , after telling me the final payment was $25. Last payment was the final payment. I would never recommend them go elsewhere and make sure you check your statements for hidden fees since they took over from money 3 they have gone down hill, after 4 years always paid on time and had communication.

They take way too long to respond and approve your application. Don't waste your time with customer service employees either because they are no help at all. False advertising saying approved in 1 business day. Oh well another weekend stuck at home. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH CASH TRAIN OR MONEY TREE, THEY ARE THE SAME COMPANY !!!

This company is ridiculous.Applied for a loan on the 8th Sept still no answer.Was told 12-24hrs still nothing.I message them they tell me they waiting for paperwork.How am I suppose to send paperwork if I dnt know.No1 even bothered to let me know.Now it's the weekend so no processing done fir me.Stupid customer service

Hi, I wanted to give Cashtrain a really good review as I have had numerous small loans with them and after having a poor credit rating they (Cashtrain Strathpine) still gave me a chance.
Everywhere else I went to didn’t even give me the time of day. I felt judged and criticised this left me feeling helpless in times of need and then all of a sudden Cashtrain approved a small loan for me and I paid it back so then they approved a little more for me so I paid it back. At one stage I had two loans with them at the same time and I paid them back so now I’ve applied for some more $$ which will come in handy as I have rego due and some mechanical needs to attend to on my car.
Cashtrain have been really flexible in the way where two of my pay dates fell on different days due to the public holidays so I had to contact them after the payment dishonoured with my bank and pay them with my card over the phone, they were really helpful even waiving the late fee and this little hiccup didn’t effect me rebuilding my credit rating it actually worked in my favour as I contacted them and resolved the issue.
Everyone of the staff members that I’ve dealt with over the phone have had a professional, compassionate, helpful manner.
I wouldn’t hesitate giving Cashtrain a call and applying for a loan with them as I feel they are very open to giving anyone a chance so for me they were perfect. “Thanks Cashtrain you saved the day”

I applied for a loan and got approved within the hour. Repayments were easy & the loan amount went into my bank account within 24 hours. Would definitely recommend this loan company. :)

I had a terrible incident before Xmas 22 , I've put it behind myself and family. Last night I was elated when early today was approved for a payday loan, not I've got bad credit my prospect of rebuilding relationships, A home were made true by real lender's. And An extre bit towards rebuilding our home! X"XXOO xoxoxo like.like Like Lol.

They have been good to me . until this last time I have had a few loans threw them I apply they look at it approve me then by the next morning I have my funds. But this time I have been sitting at the review part for 2 days . I call they tell me I'm a priority but how can I be when I still haven't heard from no one . This seems to be a issue since the Arndale office closed unfortunately I'm thinking of going else where such a shame.

Got approved straight away but haven’t received my loan into my bank account yet?

It’s very disappointing as I have to pay for medical expenses today and don’t think I can due to not receiving my loan payment into my bank account!!

At the start our relationship was sweet but now we never really go anywhere he hardly talks too me I'm really depressed over this as I love this man but this is definitely not the life style I want for us.
What do i? I start too think it's me he could be embarrassed or shamed too be my partner.
All my other ex haven't been the best of always been emotionally mental or physicaly abuised pretty bad.. since I was three so I do have trust issues. I don't believe he loves me and if he does I wish he would show me

Return customer, My interactions cashtrain have improved over time. They now have my bank (smaller online bank) added to their verification process which makes applying alot easier. Their loan update screen is deceptive as it is not synchronised with your loan history screen (I was listed as awaiting on the first screen, but unsuccessful on the other). However, after a quick call from their professional staff it was all cleared up and the loan was approved (time taken 24hrs). I will use them again if required.

Rude, condescending and arrogant staff make customers look elsewhere. Withdrawn application due to aggressively poor service.
