The application took 5 minutes to complete and a friendly customer service agent called me 10 minutes afterwards (from the Geelong branch). So fast, friendly and understood the needs of my application and it was processed and approved seamlessly.

Only $500 dollars! They want your blood! keep asking you for the same information over and over again. I have had loans for $5000 that took less effort. If you want a good place Champion loans is really good.

Not recommended. Not instant as mentioned. My application still pending and it's been more than a week. It's just a waste of time trusting this types of companies.

waste of your time if you actually NEED the loan because they will have you waiting for days only to be told no with no actual reason attached other than "As a responsible lender we are obliged to comply with regulatory guidelines to ensure loans are both affordable and suitable" when I make an easy $1400 every pay check and needed a $400 loan in order to pay for my rent due to unfortunate circumstances its pretty obvious that they merely didn't see it beneficial to give me the loan as I wasn't lining their pockets enough off my loan, as I intended to pay it all back within 4 weeks. simply put, this company is not worth anybody's time OR effort dealing with these people whatsoever and if taking a loan at all with them expect that they are only in it to make the most out of the people down on their luck as much as possible instead of what they advertise. called 3 days in a row to try and get any info and when unable to provide any and asked if i should withdraw my application and not bother was told "theres a pretty high chance with your circumstances you will get the loan" only to be told I've been denied after 5 days of having absolute patience in my time of most need

Absolutely useless. Claim to approve applications and deposit funds in the same day, yet 6 days and my application still hasn’t be actioned. Instant cash loans my Ass. A waste of time and energy

If you can prove that your on the right path and working fulltime Cashtrain will help. Even when I had a situation that left me deflated and I wrote an email EXPRESSING MY DISAPPOINTMENT they rang me back explained an error was made and we went through the process. I still don't no if I'll get what I need but they gave me the courtesy of the call and redo an error. The girls in the branches are straight up and respectful thank you regards Brooke

they are good or was they seem to be a money grab on custermers who are struglling as i am they have been taking money out on wrong day so i get the fee making it a biger bill i rang i thought they fix but it happend again i rang but they still charged me the late fee so now i have 2 late fees they say they cant do enything so in nthe end i just gave up becarful of there scam please

I was approved for a loan 2 months ago and I paid it off,then after I applied again and waited 3 days(weekends they don't work) and I was refused a loan with manageable repayments.
No real reason or no real communication from them.
They lost a good customer.

Wouldn't bother taking a cheque to them went there and they declined the cheque cause I signed the back of it. I got the check redone, went back there to find out that they couldn't verify the cheque from where it came from, but they rang the place where I got the cheque from and they said yes it got redone yesterday so that was a confirmed verify but still could lie to me, then threw off and said they can't do it cause it was redone.
What a waste of time

These guys are the real deal. For people that keep getting knocked back because of employment or credit rating. When you explain everything to them, they are more than happy to assist in any way they can. Couldn't recommend this mob any more. Give them a try. I will be a customer for a while I'm sure. After finally approved I received an email saying within 15 minutes my account will be sent the funds and they were spot on. Ding! Phone goes off notifying me off the transfer landing in full. Drawn out application, slow response time, Unrealistic criteria. Just a terrible company overall. Avoid Cash train at all costs.

Don’t wash your time with these clowns they are not interested in helping, and remember keep a clean banking record or they’ll knock you back that goes for places like Cashngo are the same it maybe that default that’s not your fault will go against you don’t waste your time they really don’t care they are happy to lend to people who can’t afford it and knock back those that can !!!! Do yourself a favour and don’t waste electricity on this mob

Loyalty doesn't matter to them they won't help u even if uve been with them for years!! ....

Do not use they money lenders, they do not communicate with you at all and without any notice continue to withdraw money from your account and mark it down as a fee.. alot better finance companies out there like Jacaranda Finance I rate highly..

The worst to apply for applied on a Monday by Tuesday they requested more bank statements and other info on Wednesday they asked for more of documents I had already sent, on Thursday a request for the same documents again even thou I call to make sure they had received previous ones. Heard nothing still by Friday so I called and they sent my application to another store as they were super busy within an hour I hear back on the Friday they had declined. Now I work and have a regular income and also show I can and do make repayments. However their system works it is totally fudged. Worst application process and is mentally frustrating with their process.
