Store: Friendly staff, Warehouse/Support: No response
First let me say, I had several calls directly to the store, and the staff was very friendly, wanted to help. I needed confirmation on shipping for a $250 order. Priority shipping is what I entered, and I needed to know that the item would arrive by two days.
- 4/2: Wanted to order 2025 Panini Rookies & Stars Football Hobby Box ($250)
- Needed 2 day shipping (Priority)
- Called store--very friendly, told me to call the warehouse
- I left at least three messages with the warehouse, and submitted a message from the web page
- Called the store back, apologetic, but indicated still needed to check with someone at the warehouse
- Sent message on Facebook to their Facebook page
- 4/3: Still had not heard back from anyone, called store, recommended email infoATcashcardsunlimited
- Called store probably about 3-4 times in two days, friendly but could not answer question about shipping
- Responded to comment from the owner on Yelp
It is now after hours, so I am submitting reviews to all possible sites. Will wait to contact Better Business Bureau on Monday.
