Item arrived defective and does not work. Tried resetting device, multiple inputs, its completely dead. Seller has no intentiont of helping out. Also normal parts is not included, seller blames it on not being in the picture, even though its essentila parts of the device such as its antenna.

All in all seller was horrible to deal with. Never given a negative review on Ebay, this was my first time ever. No intention to help, no intention to make return easier, just horrible.

The laptop charger that came with the laptop failed after 5 months. I contacted the seller for a replacement, they said there was a 30 day return policy. I replied technically correct, but that including a low quality charger that failed after only 5 months with only light use should be replaced. I believe that this would have been the right thing to do, even outside of a product warranty for the laptop. This reflects a less than stellar customer regard attitude, will not do business with then again, so their $15 savings will not gain them except bad reputation.
