I've been buying wine from casemates for almost a decade now; They're usually pretty quick to ship and deal with any potential issues. Recently, a package that required a signature slipped off my radar, and got returned to the sender. Jackie at Casemated got me all squared away and got the package redirected to me.

They run a complex business with an eye toward always keeping customers happy. When things inevitably go wrong, they take pains to make it right. In a recent issue, I noticed the expected delivery date (and the week surrounding) wouldn't work for me and opened a ticket to see if there was a way to move it. Ashley was able to respond quickly to help answer my questions and cancel the order when nothing else could be done.

I've found their products and services to be excellent ... better still they were quite understanding when I foolishly confused my monthly membership payment with something I hadn't ordered. Quite fairly, they could have pointed out how the mistake was mine, not theirs. They didn't and resolved everything right away. Very rare to find kindness on the web these days. Good people.

Outstanding customer service in the rare times you have an issue. I've been using Casemates since they opened, and really like the variety of options. Recently had a shipment where the bottles were all corked, and they immediately refunded. Fun and responsive wine providers.
