Left waiting for my cartridge refills weeks later after payment and sending off the old ones. Cartridge Right blame Royal Mail for not delivering my old cartridges to them via Freepost. If Royal Mail are so unsatisfactory though then why are Cartridge Right still using them? Surely, their choice of delivery partners is under their control and they are ultimately responsible? Also why did they not check whether they had ever received my old cartridges before taking payment?

Easy to navigate site, reasonable prices, fast delivery, I highly recommend Cartridge Right.

Thank you for your help on Saturday. 19 February 2023. Cartridge customer service is excellent. They understand the needs of customer and urgency. I reported issues with my toner chip. Harley is an amazing staff he handled the situation very well and reassured me. I was sent an exchange toner which printed without any problem. The owner Mr Dan offered me £5.00 credit note and the rim of paper as a good gesture. I am a satisfied customer and I will come back again and again. Keep up the good job.

Ordered ink from the website it said it was in stock. Told it was dispatched then told it was not in stock and would be late . Still waiting for it to arrive a day after the later delivery date. Had a call to explain the situation. The delay is not their fault but would be better if the information was correct to start with.

My friend ordered the ink from your firm on Wednesday las, On Thursday I was sitting in my living room when I heard something fall throuygh my letter box, there was no nock on the door or ringing the bell. I thought at firsty that it was the portman and went to collect my glasses only to find a card saying that we tried to deliver your parel and there was no one in. The calling card No os 22938470. When I opened the frint door, whovever had dropped the card throuigh the letterbox had disappeared. The card was from dpd and I went to their websight to check tracking, and it said there would be a deliver on Frifay, but as I was out tht day I arranged for a MOnday delivery and this accoring to the tracking was eqrmarked for a delivery between 3 and 4 pm friday I wated in and after 4pm it said on tracking that the parcel would be dlivered shortly as the carrier was running late. This ink was not delivered until 2030 hours Monday night, which to me was not the service I expected, because it was extremely poor. It is not what I would call a next day delivery

I was able to order online in the evening and able to collect the next day after checking what I wanted was in stock.

Be careful of the compatible inks - sometimes they are not immediately recognised. Found out later to switch off printer, remove ink, switch back on after a minute and the ink will be recognised. Might not buy an epson printer next time.

Seems crazy to ask for a review when I'm still waiting to receive anything !

The compatible ink cartridge worked fine, without even a warning message. Original (HP) cartridges are an irresponsible waste of plastic, rare metals, etc, as they contain only a fraction of the ink. Non-full cartridges should be banned from sale!

Canon cartridges for a recently introduced colour laser printer temporarily out of stock (there is a world-wide shortage of them) but Cartridge Right very helpfully phoned to explain this in case there was an urgent need for them which they were unable to fulfil. Impressed with their professional approach

I ordered a replacement cartridge online on the company website and needed it urgently. My order was delivered quickly.

I found a site that had the ink cartridges at last, I had been searching for ages for my Canon pixma TS6300 cartridges, thank you, and for the fast delivery

The website stated the product was in stock. This wasn't the case after I had ordered and paid - including paying for a next day delivery which despite my request has not been reimbursed.

More misleading comments from Cartridge Right. I’m not in the toner supplies industry and they notified me of the stock issues after they had taken payment. I requested a refund for the next day delivery I paid for - Surprisingly no response. One to avoid!

Cartridge ordered and received within 2 days, even with postage strike. Great service.
