The staff went out of their way to connect the printer I bought to my laptop, doing all the donkey work that normally one would be expected to do, themselves. I am very pleased with the printer and very grateful to the staff for taking so much time out of the working day to assist me. I was initially very sceptical about getting my old cartridges refilled. I run a small business where I produce art prints & posters. In the past I tried what you might call "cheap, third-party ink" as an alternative to the expensive ink intended for the printer model, and the results were disastrous. (We're talking yellow inks that looked deep brownish-green and random clumps of dark colour that took ages to clean from my printer). So needless to say, this put me off trying anything that wasn't the officially intended ink.

However, with many companies selling ink at prices high enough to make it worth its weight in gold, I found myself looking for a more affordable alternative once again.

I researched cartridge refills hoping to make use of the dozens of empty cartridges I have lying about, which is when I discovered Cartridge Right. Upon calling them up to ask a few questions I found them to come across as very friendly, knowledgeable and genuine, which ultimately convinced me to give them a shot.

It took a bit of a while for my Cartridges to get to them and back (which they'd mentioned could happen and is often down to the postal services). 17 days in total, but I'm more than happy to wait that bit extra for a great product, and I'll be able to account for this duration in future.

Upon arrival my cartridges were very well packaged. Each cartridge was individual sealed in an air/watertight plastic packet and all of them were contained within an A4 padded envelope.

Today I put the cartridges through some rigorous tests to see how the refill inks performed and I must say the results were outstanding!!

I did have one slight scare, which was that the first small A6 test print I produced came out REALLY off-coloured (oranges instead of greens, and noticeable streaks). However, everything from that point on seems to be perfect!!

We're talking over a dozen different A6 and A4 borderless poster prints on high quality gloss & semi-gloss photo paper, and every single one looks spot-on!! There's not a single flaw in sight and the colours line up perfectly with the prints produced from the original run of the cartridge (and said colours look gorgeous if I might add).

Quite frankly, I'm ecstatic with the results that these refills have yielded thus far! Obviously, I've got the whole cartridges to burn through before I can speak with 1000% certainty, but with everything I've seen I think it's safe to say that I'd highly recommend Cartridge Right's ink refills as a trustworthy and high standard alternative to overpriced, new cartridges.

Cartridge Right can definitely look forward to much more custom from me!

Still haven’t received my order after a week so can’t give a good review

I ordered a cartridge on 16th August, advised 2 day delivery but it still hasn't arrived - 23rd August. I have used the tracking link provided but this just says "shipped" and doesn't give me any clue about where my cartridge is.
