Really simple website to select the right equipment and great value. Prompt delivery.

The items themselves were great. The website was easy to use and the order went in well. The only minor issue was the amount of time to recieve the item. In the end, from paying for the order, to receiving it was 8 days. Not ages I know but when there was no tracking information provided until day 5 it made it a bit concerning.

The racks are on the car now and we were able to fit a good sized roof box onto them without issue. All in all a great product.

So the product arrived in the end in good condition so overall I'm pleased. However it took much longer than estimated 11days and communication is very poor. I had to chase them for dispatch confirmation. Had I known a realistic delivery time, it would have been a good experience.

Goods finally arrived two weeks after ordering.i seriously thought i had been scammed .The communication and delivery info with this company and some organisation called MickGarage was limited .
Goods arrived from somewhere in the EU possibly Ireland .
An unusual expierance

Ordered some roof bars for a camping trip 11 days before needing it. Website offered either next day or 3-4 day delivery. I went for the later seeing as I had time, however, it was over a week before I received it, leading to a panic it wasn't going to be with me for the trip. I emailed through the website to chase it and got no reply. Checked out the reviews and saw they are terrible at responding and thought 'here we go' it's a sham company. Finally, it arrived and the product was exactly as advertised and I'm pleased with it.

Summary: the stuff they sell is good and competitively priced, however, their service level as a company is awful/non existent. Only use them you're not in a rush for the items.

I had a missing part in my delivery. Emailed and completed their online forms. Received NO response. Telephone number on website doesn't work. Now have read all the terrible reviews of people experiencing similar DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Great budget roof bars. Didn't get a confirmation on delivery date but emailed and got update from seller very quickly. They seem to be being shipped from overseas but arrived quite quickly all the same. I'd buy from them again no problem

Ordered car roof rails on the 1st of June. Paid for express delivery.
Still haven't got them on the 12th June.
Have emailed but no response and the phone number doesn't work!
Wish I had read through the reviews!
I would not buy anything from this company again! I hope they turn up but I need them by the 20th so I will probably have to buy some more!
Shocking company!!

Absolutely delighted with th roof bars I purchased.
They were dispatched on time and arrived by the date quoted.
I think the roof bars offer exceptional value for money and are easy to fit and use.
I would have no hesitation recommending carracks.co.uk to anyone considering purchasing.
Just made my first trip from the Midlands down to Devon without a hitch.

Rack arrived a week later than expected. I payed for 1-2day delivery hoping to fit before the weekend. Waste of money! The rack is fine but box was opened and damaged on arrival. Wouldn’t recommend.

AVOID AT ALL COST! Took my money straight away,waited 2 weeks…no delivery…sent several emails but none answered..tried phoning but again not answered.I had to claim my money back in the end.Terrible company, zero customer service.

The rack did arrive thankfully although it did take way longer than I thought it should. The item I received was exactly what I ordered so all was well in the end. If you have to communicate with this company for any reason forget it, they have an email address but they either never look at it or just don’t feel they need to communicate with consumers… be patient it will arrive eventually.. thanks L McA

So after ordering and then seeing theses reviews I put a post in the tent box community fb group that Tentbox them selves monitor as they recommended carracks to me and there reply is that carracks website is down for maintenance atm so I have sent them an email back asking how they can take orders if there website is down they need to get this sorted asap

Avoid. No goods received after 10 days for next day delivery. Fake emails / not answering phone / not replying to messages. I have been in touch with Barclaycard for a chargeback. Spent money at carracks.co.uk; micksgarage, rotherham appeared on my credit card statement the day of the order. The fake customer help email address for micksgarage had an ie suffix suggested an irish connection.

Fake website, if you’re stupid enough to order from them like me then use PayPal and open a case to get your money back.

Placed an order, foolishly I didn't check trust pilot. Seems to have been had like every other review on here. No reply to email and phone number doesn't work, I have requested PayPal to investigate as that's how I paid.

Car racks doesn't really exist, it's Mick's garage and seems to be in Ireland.

UPDATE having some investigation via PayPal the seller has a third company name: CREAN SOLUTIONS

Paid for order thankfully via PayPal. No communication, phone number doesn’t work, no response to emails. No product delivered. Absolutely atrocious that a company like this is still operating. On some digging carracks is micks garage is something else is something else and they’re also fighting a fraud case with hmrc and companies house.

Yet another 1 star for your company. How dare you take not only our money for the product which has simply not shown up, but further to this the funds for express delivery. We now have to wait 2 days to dispute this payment with our bank, but rest assured we will get every penny back!

Roof bars supplied with fixing bolts that are too short.
Awful fitting process.
Would not go near this supplier again.
