I have recently purchased a rug from Carpet right. There was a great selection to choose from and the staff were really helpful!

Excellent staff at the Crewe location. They’ve been very helpful each time we’ve gone. Prices are good as well

I placed a review of carpetright who took my money and wouldn't refund me and ignored all the emails I sent them as I bought a faulty mattress put my review up they read put a small reply up saying they would look into it despite photographic evidence from my bank and my illness hence why I bought the mattress and they still have completely ignored it I'm in shock to be honest of how a company like that could do this. It has practically given me a breakdown of how I had to fund money for another as I couldn't sleep on the mattress provided. No refund no replacement no apology do everyone should know what they are like.

Great service from all the staff in store Kate helped us narrow our selection down and explained the fitting service and the benefits to replacing our underlay, we’ve come away with some decisions to make but I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Austin at Carpet Right New Malden was very helpful, and the fitters that Carpet Right organised did a really good job fitting the laminate flooring.

We visited carpet right in Farnborough to have new carpets in our lounge and kitchen. Anna who worked in the store helped talk us through everything and advise us of the different options, she arranged everything for us and made the process smooth and straight forward. The carpets were fitted to a very high standard and Anna checked all had gone according to plan. We were really impressed with her professionalism and attention to detail from start to finish.
