The salesman at the store was extremely helpful. Allowed me to stand in a number of samples to see how they felt underfoot. And made some changes so I could get the carpet fitted sooner. Went back to carpet right as the fitter they used a few months before done an excellent job matching up some missing carpet in our hallway.

The customer service in the Reading shop by acre Road and help was amazing. The gentleman that helped us Danny was so helpful, really listened and found the perfect carpet for us! Totally recommend this carpet shop 10/10 service.

Customer service is appalling, 8 months later we are still dealing with customer service and our faulty flooring. We brought Our flooring with our wedding money and it has been constantly making noise's since day 1
not just in one area, literally every part of the flooring. Even when the cats walk on it the noise is very evident and so embarrassing. I've checked every section of the flooring and each one is the same with the noise.

We didn't get the flooring fitted by carpet right but used a well known local flooring company and because of that they honestly don't seam to care at all. Literally passing the buck and blaming the manufacturer, its been a constant battle with emails, videos, pictures and i couldnt tell you how many calls have been made in those 8 months. its a joke espically when the crawley store manager came into my home and verbally agreed that the flooring was faulty and had been fitted correctly, other then that no one else has even bothered to come round an have a look.

The manufacturer is creating fictional issues even though their based in Germany and haven't seen the floor in person. Making claims such as its fitted through doorways that's why it makes the noise, even though the floor is not fitted through any doorways, and the videos show this.

Ombudsman route now it is for us unfortunately but I do hope no one else has to deal with that type of stress from an unsupportive company.

Great experience from start to finish. The manager Michael was brilliant , he went above and beyond customer service level. We had our laminate flooring and carpet fitted and the team did a fabulous job. I would highly recommend using Carpet right for top quality and service.

Visited the Worcester Blackpole branch yesterday. Craig & Mitch were excellent, polite and very respectful to my elderly hearing impaired Mum. They even managed to arrange a next day fitting for her! The Carpet Fitters (sorry didn't catch their names) were also so helpful, friendly and efficient.

We brought carpet for our front room and dining room from the Milton Keynes store. 9 months later I left some feedback when clearing out old emails advising I wasn’t happy with the quality and there was a mark on the carpet. The store manager, Nick, immediately called me and said he wanted to send someone out to have a look. Harry come out to see us and noticed there were some faults caused by the fitter and the carpet hadn’t worn well. A couple of weeks later we had brand new carpet installed. We couldn’t have asked for better customer service from Nick and his team who resolved our issues with no questions asked. We have the rest of the house to carpet and will confidentially return to Carpet Right - MK.

Visited the Kettering store today and purchased a carpet for our son’s room. Stephan was very welcoming, helpful and gave great advice without any pressure to buy. Got a great carpet, would highly recommend and will certainly be going back.

We went into Wellingborough store today, we were served by Mark. He was very helpful and went above and beyond to help us with what we needed. Great service, would recommend.

Ordered carpet for stair case and wooden flooring throughout upstairs of house.
Completely unfit for purposes, order not saved, waited 3 months after catalogue of errors. Staff contradicted themselves with poor lack of communication.
Carpet the came away from stairs after a week and had to return.
Failed to get the door cover.
Complained and fell in deaf ears.

Disappointed with carpet fitting and warehouse.
We had to have two days for fitting as we has a smallest cottage. The final carpet could not be left in the warehouse and was left in our lounge and dining area. Hence trying to get around it, I twisted my ankle
Also not enough underlay was provided and a damaged gripper plate. When reported to the shop they just told us oh dear never mind !!
