Effortless pick up and great service

From start to finish everything and everyone was relaxed, there was no pushyness to buy.
Mike was brilliant and eased any perceived qualms I had about car dealers; it's a big purchase at the end of the day and it's nice to have the impression that the customer actually matters.

Great experience from start to finish
We had a great experience from start to finish, no pushy salesmen! We were left to walk around the cars at our leisure before making any decisions. We spoke to Brook Dennison who gave us the keys to look round some cars and then took us through the process once we had made our choice. I had my new car within a week and any issues raised were dealt with promptly. It has been the easiest and most hassle free purchase of a car I’ve had in 17 years of driving. I will definitely go back to Car Motion, everyone we spoke to were very friendly and their showroom office is a really great atmosphere. Thank you to Brook for making it so easy.

Look up Brook at Carmotion for a great sales experience
Brook made the purchase of my Audi A3 SLine a pleasure, from the start he was welcoming and at no time did I feel pressured to purchase this vehicle. I was allowed to test drive the vehicle with my wife along side and upon my return having thoroughly reviewed the car he noted a couple of my concerns, one being a worn but road legal tyre on the front, the other was a slight dint on one of the panels. Upon collection two front tyres had been replaced and the dint repair man had sorted the panel and also new front discs and pads had been fitted. I highly recommend carmotion for their great customer buying experience. Sorry for the late review but I feel it is a worthy one.
