Carmotion had the right car for me at the right price tgey didnt hassel me or try to upsell it was a pleasant buying experience

I don't like going to look for a car because of pushy salesmen, car motion has changed my opinion. We dealt with Kyle who made us feel at ease straight away, we had gone to look at a ford focus estate, he gave us the keys and told us go have a look around it start it up, play around with it and if you want a test drive come back in and we will sort it. It turned out the focus wasn't for me, we told Kyle what we wanted and he made a few suggestions again giving us keys and saying have a look at
them if anything grabs you come and let me know, no pushing for a sale, no big speeches just straight forward hassle free car shopping. The whole process was so relaxing and everyone in the office was friendly and welcoming, even making us a coffee while we sorted paperwork out. Thankyou Kyle I would never have thought of buying a ford Kuga without your suggestion of the boot size, I will definetley recommend and shop with you again in future

Now the fight is over I now share my experience i have had with CARMOTION MEXBROUGH we purchased a car in October last year FORD KUGA (EK13VCT) which incurred problems after problems the car was driven a total of 3 weeks out of 19 weeks the rest of the time the vehicle was held within services for repairs.What I found concerning within the 1st couple of days of driving there was a burning smell coming from the back wheel arch I was told it was oil that had dripped on the exhaust from previous work carried out when the vehicle was checked the brake calliper had seized on they let me drive this vehicle with 3 children and had supposedly had an independent garage for the MOT which had just been done before the car was collected.
The vehicle was repaired but after collection again the vehicle was revving up on it self without acceleration but also the revs dropped causing the vehicle to cut out again back to the services it goes to be told it was the ECU and it had to be took away whilst repaired after numerous calls and no communication from anyone and no car for 3 weeks.
Finally the car arrived back but unfortunately didn't come back faultless as it should have the car was still cutting out but whilst driving was making us feel physically sick the fumes from the exhaust was entering the cabin 😭
This left us with no option but to go down the legal route and request they take the vehicle back an independent assessor assessed the vehicle and found many problems whilst doing so.
The company was so hard to work with we was getting past from 1 to the other we had numerous visit to see the manager director him self as it appeared he was never in the office.
Luckily when they was contacted from the financial ombudsman and trading standards this finally made them shift and accept the car back but for months I was left without a vehicle paying tax and insurance on and couldn't use it and resulted in more expense of having to pay for insurance on another vehicle so we wasn't totally without this as left us very distressed 😭 i would just like to let everyone know and please be more vigilant when purchasing from this company i highly recommend visiting a different garage and would honestly not give them my time of the day never mind money.PLEASE BARE IN MIND THIS COMPANY USES AA STARDARD VEHICLES AND ARE MEANT TO HAVE A THROUGH CHECK B4 SALE CLEARLY NOT!!

I recently bought a Ford Focus ST Line X from Car Motion. I was a bit hesitant at first as I lived in Scotland and hadn't seen the car with the exception of pictures on the website. However, the communication leading up to our trip down south to collect the car was friendly and not pushy in the slightest. I mainly dealt with Mike Shooter who was excellent to deal with and super friendly and professional on the day we collected the car. The car itself was a 2019 plate but was absolutely immaculate inside and out. It felt like I was buying a brand new car. I had a brilliant 400 mile drive home and the car drove like a dream. I just wish their garage was closer to me but that probably wouldn't stop me doing the same again in the future. Definitely worth a visit if you are looking for a used car in good condition.

Stay away bought a vauxhall in January back light and bumper was damaged on delivery spoke to nick/ Adrian as took photos straight away was advise that they will order new bumper collect and fix first time driving it there was a slight scratching noise took it to the garage the draft shift was badly damaged it wasnt safe after been fabbed off for over a month after calls n emails had to get the financial team involved they finally picked up the car tried to tell me it was a bolt would be fixed in few days after a week was told it was the drive shaft and had to order a part 2 weeks later they had a driver drop it to me 5 days after the engine light is flashing ,bk to the garage and its the egl valve , problem after problem ,disrespectful attitudes never experience anything like it

From start to finish I was kept in the loop.
They were polite. friendly. Honest.
I was very pleased with the attention they gave.

2 weeks ago I bought a lovely Audi A1 from this car dealership, I was looked after by Nick. He has been great with everything well looked after. Great dealership, definitely recommend.

Came across the vehicle on auto trader I rang nick he was very polite what ever he said about the car the car was what he said I would highly recommend this company I’ll do business again some time soon hopefully thanks nick.

Over the years I have bought at least 10 cars from car motion, never had any problems with any one of them.
The salesman Nick Whiteley is the most helpful person I have ever dealt with nothing is too much trouble for him, he makes buying a car pleasurable

This car has been back in your garage at least five times since April 😡!
The amount of issues we’ve had on this car and we only got it in April is absolutely disgusting.
The previous owner of this car is a lady I used to work with who reached out to me after the last post , she sold this car  to Car Motion  just before we purchased it  and it was in engine failure, and it had a long list of issues . which Car Motion said that they fixed after I have raised this with them .
Well, tell me now why this car will not even move off of the street now ? After already spending a lot of money to get it fixed just before Christmas at our trusted garage, because we did NOT want to go back to this absolutely cowboy either garrage  it has gone a week later  with a different problem , the turbo has completely gone and the car is smoking so bad it almost set on fire 😡 our trusted garrage has advised us it will cost £1500 to fix the turbo and he doesn’t honestly think the car will still be okay after that . He was very honest, and said it will cost even more than the car is worth to fix it.  
Now this car is on finance and this is the first time we have ever done anything like this .
so we contacted the finance company who has  said they will investigate, BUT it can take a few months for them to investigate  and we still have to pay our car finance for a car that does not
Work😡 . our other option is the finance company will cut our finance to £3000, which means we will have a £3000 debt and a car that doesn’t work  but they said we can do a payment plan to pay this car off .
After Car Motion, saying that they will not do anything about this , despite them clearly selling us a faulty car . We have told them that they are in breach of the sales of goods act, but they do not care they are simply Cowboys who have spoken to myself like absolute crap .
We have given them plenty of options and plenty of time to resolve this issue, but yet they still have not .
We are regular kindhearted who rely on this car for work .
As you can clearly see in the video is this car is absolutely fu**ed
We will be taking you to small claims court. If you do not fix this, you seem not to want to help us at all as we have been emailed back and forth for weeks and after the last time you spoke to me, I do not want to speak to you over the phone  because I was absolutely degraded, and spoke to you like a piece of s**t
We paid a lot of money for this car we were so excited  in April .

So we say to you Car Motion as we have said in our emails give us the £3,334.55 that our finance company want back and take your piece of s**t back ! All we want is this to be over this is causing us so much stress and so much time that I just do not have!
You are absolutely disgusting and I will be telling everybody to never go near you .
 if this issue  it’s not resolved by the end of the week, we will be taking you to small claims court .  we have I got advice  from so many people, including other garages mechanics, and many others who said we are well within our rights to take you to the cleaners  and you know what I will .

I’m not one to come in here and be so angry but I am sick to death of this . Take your fu**ing car 😡😡😡
