Purchased the Winter Angel scent which smells so good. Lasts much longer than normal car fresheners and doesn’t fade after a few weeks.

You emailed us on 22/12 and we replied the same day with an explanation as to why your order was delayed.
Your order was also shipped the same day. However, once we hand orders over to our delivery partner, we no no longer have control of it.
As a gesture of goodwill, we also refunded the delivery charge you paid.

My expensive order was sent to the wrong address, a different county altogether. Jeff from customer services was brilliant. Helped me all the way...was professional and helpful and got a new order sent to me while saying he would be looking into the bad delivery.

I was a bit wary of ordering from this company as I haven't heard of them. But I must say I am pleasantly surprised with my orders. They kept in touch by email and dispatch. They smell amazing. They are for gifts but kept one for myself as I really liked it. Will be ordering from them again
