Great smells, fast delivery!

Smells great but doesn’t last very long

Melted the plastic on my centre air con unit. Must have dripped down when doing the turn it upside every few days...as in the instructions.
I see from other comments there's absolutely no point in contacting carfume, as they clearly state they are not responsible for damages. The ingredients must be pretty toxic if they melt plastic!! I'm going to have to buy a whole section of the inside to replace the damage it's done. It's a brand new car so I'm not happy at all. I completely followed instructions.

I’ve bought from here before and been very satisfied but recently bought the mini eggs scent and it’s really awful! Doesn’t smell like mini eggs at all, and has a horrible fake/cheap chocolate scent to it. Sadly this company don’t issue refunds, so have had to waste these as the smell is really that bad!

Smells Devine and always happy with the same fragrance of one billion.

What a disappointing experience from start to finish.

I’d had my eye on the Mini Egg air fresheners for a while, so I finally decided to order one—only to discover they aren’t sold individually, but only as part of a £30 three‑pack with a blast can and air freshener. Not ideal, but I went ahead anyway.

I paid extra for next‑day delivery on a Friday, expecting the parcel to arrive on Saturday. Instead, it didn’t turn up until Monday, which completely defeated the purpose of paying for the faster service.

To make matters worse, the scent smells nothing like Mini Eggs. I then had to contact the company to find out how to return the items, because their returns and refund information isn’t easily accessible on the website. Only then was I told that I’d have to cover the return postage myself.

Overall, a terrible experience from beginning to end. I won’t be purchasing from this company again.

Absolute rubbish! Can't even smell the hanging air fresheners, I bought one a while ago and it was rubbish but after a year or so I thought I would give it another chance in a different fragrance and still nothing, don't know how they justify charging what they do when a magic tree smells stronger and longer

I’ve receiveda few scents from carfume. All smell amazing and come In cool quirky bottles

Highly recommend this air freshner it’s not strong but just perfect brought on a whim and wow it’s perfection already got more in my basket super quick delivery too

Absolutely fantastic company great product has always this is why I continue to use carfume for my car and wagon. Only bad thing i could say about them is they use royal mail to deliver if they were a 3rd the quality of carfume they might be able to knock on and leave it with a neighbour rather than leaving it on doorstep for all to see and risk it getting stolen

Terrible! My family love car fresheners and we have tried many different brands this is by far the worst!
I purchased 9 gift sets for Xmas and all have been so dissapointed! They don’t omit Any scent in the car. Unless you take the top off and put your nose close there is NO smell at all.

I am writing a second review following Carfume’s public response to my original one, as their reply contains false claims.

In their response, Carfume stated that I had signed up for a subscription and that they had replied to my emails. This is simply not true. I did not knowingly consent to a subscription, nor did I receive any response to the three separate emails I sent querying the £30 charge and requesting a refund. I also offered to return the product and received no acknowledgement.

The first time I received any form of communication from Carfume was publicly, in response to my Trustpilot review. No emails were received before or after this point, despite their claims.

I have since had to dispute this matter through my bank due to the lack of response and transparency from Carfume. I am extremely disappointed that instead of addressing the issue directly, the company has chosen to make misleading statements publicly.

I would strongly advise others to be cautious, particularly regarding unexpected subscription charges and customer service responsiveness.

I've not once had an issue with carfume!
they always deliver, even in busy Christmas months they never disappoint!
When my brand new spray broke in my car they re sent one to me, that's fabulous customer service!

Fabulous car fumes! They smell just like the actual perfume and aftershave scents. Super quick delivery and they look so lovely in the car. Would highly reccomend.

I bought one of these in the range at Xmas and it’s incredible. Long lasting and I have bought a few more and a gift set that I picked up in Halfords too. Great gift and a nice treat for me!

I bought a hanging air freshener from halfords.it has started to leak melted the plastic,halfords said get in touch with carfume,,which i did.told me they wont replace it!

They will not address the damage that is caused by the scent dripping on to the cars plastic.Of all the reviews,they address related postage etc,and make the customers look stupid,yet won't address the damage they do.I sent pictures of the damage ,,no reply..Only after I put a bad review on here,,and countless emails,,did I get a generic email saying my item is being shipped out.Still no response to pictures I sent of the melted plastic!!!

This is the best car freshener I have tried, even better when you can get an aerosol to back it up.
Will be buying these again for definite
