Avoid at all costs used them and paid for next day delivery but the firm they use do not knock the door or ring the doorbell and when I called them all they down was praise the company about how good they were absolutely livid and will definitely never use them again of recommend

I had trouble ordering online so I rang and spoke to someone over the phone who was able to order the item I wanted for me, he was friendly and helpful. Even though I ordered the item at 3/4pm it came the next day! Very please with the whole process

Fantastic customer service. Ordered 2 products, 1 product wasn't as described so I contacted the company by email and phone. They sent a replacement immediately and it arrived the next day. Looked at their website and they have updated it so the mistake wouldn't happen again. Really pleased with our indicator and blind spot replacement. Thank you. Would definitely recommend. Went to order wing mirror and backing for a Nissan Juke advertised @ £17.50 incl. VAT. When I go to the check out page they are adding VAT.
I am sure this is a mistake on their system, as well as illegal, and have informed them accordingly.

Mirror glass came away from the backing within only a few months’ use, sent multiple emails and messages with photos which were never returned or acknowledged and when I eventually called them their response was “that can happen” and that it’s likely due to the heating element - but this was July-September so the heating element was never on during that time - and that I’ll have to order a replacement. No apology for the faulty mirror or the lack of response to my messages which they blamed on covid. It seems they’re great until you have a defective mirror, then they’re utterly useless sadly.

Wasn't sure what to expect but I am very pleased with the price, delivery and quality. The door mirror arrived next day and is a perfect fit. Quality is good, the plastic appears robust and the heating element resistance measurement was within 10% of the original part. All in, I saved £50 over the Honda part. No hesitation in recommending.

I accurately specified mirror but received one that was clearly for a different car despite delivery note confirming the correct specification. I emailed customer service and had to chase after a week. They asked for photographic evidence which I promptly supplied. I was informed I would get a refund which thankfully I received a month later
