Perfect service
The representative of the company was really helpful with setting up a B2B account and leading us through the process. The diamonds that arrived to our place some time after that (within promised time period) were wonderful, better than in the pictures online.

I had an absolutely outstanding experience with CaratEU from start to finish.

I was searching for a very specific oval lab-grown diamond with excellent proportions, minimal bow-tie effect, strong light performance, and a clean, elegant appearance. Instead of simply trying to sell me the first available stone, their team carefully reviewed multiple diamonds for me and honestly advised against several options that did not meet their standards.

Their communication, transparency, and professionalism were exceptional throughout the entire process.

A special thank you to Raiha and the gemologist team in Stockholm, who personally compared several diamonds, provided additional videos in different lighting conditions, explained the differences between stones, and ultimately helped me find a truly stunning diamond.

The final diamond I purchased exceeded all expectations:

incredible brilliance and fire
almost no bow-tie effect
excellent cut and proportions
verified in Stockholm before shipment
exactly matched the IGI certificate

The packaging, handwritten note, insured FedEx shipping, and overall customer experience felt truly premium and personal.

What impressed me most was their honesty and attention to detail. At multiple points they recommended better stones instead of pushing a sale, which gave me complete confidence in the process.

I can wholeheartedly recommend CaratEU to anyone looking for a high-quality lab-grown diamond and a trustworthy, knowledgeable team that genuinely cares about helping customers find the right stone.

Thank you again from Croatia! 💎

I found Carateu through Reddit while i was searching for a diamond to make a ring. Raiha made the whole procedure as easy as it can be and i felt i was in the right hands from the start! I was a bit overwhellmed at first as i was not sure what to look exactly. They asked for all the details i was looking and presented me with their best product they could offer in my budget. That for me is a 10/10 customer service. They also provided me with more photos and videos when requested, which was greatly apreciated and the shipping was fast and w/o any problems. Prices are a big plus also as they seem to be as competitive as posible to EU region, All in all this was fast, easy and great experiance and i highly recomend to choose them for your next diamond purchase.

Fick jätte bra hjälp, svarade på mina frågor och val av diamant blev lättare tack vare carateu! Kommer köpa härifrån igen!

I ordered a diamond and it arrived exactly as described, in perfect condition and well packaged. Unfortunatelly I had to send the diamond back due to personal changes. However I would like to emphasize, that also the refund process worked out very smooth!

I definitly can recommend this shop. 10/10!

Nothing but great things to say about this company, extremely helpful from beginning to the end.

Amazing customer service, very friendly and attentive. The diamond arrived on time. The color and overall appearance are truly beautiful and exceed expectations. My girlfriend loves it.
It will make for wonderful engagement ring in the future. Will absolutely buy from them again.

Amazing experience with Carateu.
Large top quality diamond choices and a truly amazing customer support. Received my beautiful 1.3 ct round diamond even earlier than expected.
Big thank you to Raiha for her kindness and reactivity throughout the entire process.
Would order again 100%

Great service. The stone quality is flawless. Communication is exceptionally good, quick and concise. Shipment went without any trouble, sent on time (even earlier). Communication after the shipment is also great. Definitely recommend.

First of all, the ring is absolutely stunning and the service was even better. This was my first time purchasing a ring at this level, so naturally I was quite careful and selective throughout the process.

Raiha and her team were incredible from start to finish. From the initial contact all the way through to delivery, they were attentive, helpful, and genuinely invested in making the experience special. Their communication was excellent, and they made me feel confident every step of the way.

One detail that truly stood out was the handwritten letter included with the ring. It’s a small touch, but one that’s so often overlooked, and it made the whole experience feel personal and thoughtful.

I couldn’t recommend this company more highly. I would happily purchase from them again a million times over. A truly wonderful experience

I had an excellent experience with Carateu from start to finish and can wholeheartedly recommend them.
From the very first contact, the communication was outstanding. Raiha was incredibly responsive, and professional, answering all my questions. At every stage of the process I felt well informed and confident, which is especially important when purchasing something as significant as a diamond. The shipment was prepared with great care. The package actually arrived earlier than expected and without any issues. Everything was handled very smoothly and professionally. As for the diamond itself, I am absolutely delighted. The quality is exceptional, and it looks great in natural daylight. On top of that, the pricing of the stones is very fair and competitive, offering excellent value for the quality provided.
Overall, this was a seamless and very positive experience. I would not hesitate to use Carateu’s services again in the future and will definitely be recommending them to others.

Fast shipping and very good customer service. Diamonds look great and I also got IGI sertificates. They also sent me videos of the diamonds.

Great experience buying a loose diamond from this site. Excellent value for money, no customs fees within the EU, and very fast delivery. Raiha was extremely helpful, keeping me updated throughout the process. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Highly recommended!

I decided to purchase a diamond from CaratEU. They have a plentiful selection of stones of all shapes & sizes to find anything you would ever even think of. The pricing is pretty aggressive which is the primary reason I chose them in the first place.
From me asking for information, to going into the purchase, the payment, and then the shipment, Raiha from CaratEU was absolutely on top of it from start to finish, very proactive in making sure everything went smoothly, answering my questions, even taking pictures & videos of the stone in real life lighting at my demand. All in all a great experience that I would surely recommend to anyone. Everything went well and was very transparent.
