Useless Company
Purchased a van from these guys 03/06/2023 it came with 6 months warranty, which the salesman kept emphasizing to me when selling the vehicle.
The van looked really good for its year 2011.
However after 1 week 10/06/2023 starter motor packs up.
Called them and was told to go through the warranty company this I did.
However when it came to payment for this work I assumed the warranty would pay up, how wrong I was. Bill was £656 as the entire front end of my van had to be removed to access the motor, new starter motor fitted and front of van refitted. THEY THEN INSULT ME BY ONLY GIVING ME £298 FOR THIS. Leaving me 0ver £350 out of pocket. Advert for this company states they specialize in supplying vehicles with low mileage, few owners and full service history. Well full service history it ain't got, in fact none at all. Another week and more faults again I contact the warranty company supplied by them to be told they don't cover any of the issues I mention stating it is their cheapest policy cover.
Salesman for Carandvans won't answer my emails or calls.
