DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! Faulty car diffuser so I contacted them, informing them of this issue. Followed their instructions online and sent them multiple emails about this electric diffuser but still no reply.

Be careful buying the car hanging diffuser . I bought the glass one invictus and it's swung into the windscreen and broken the screen . It's cost 1k to replace for a diffuser that you could barely smell.. avoid ..

Avoid this company like the plague. Totally unreliable.
Bought car diffuser, but wouldn’t fit in my car, so returned back on the 10/12/2024. Not had refund. I have emailed twice now and still no reply or refund. 😡

Placed order on 30th November totalling £75 for Christmas gifts. Goods still not arrived. Initial response to email saying they would send replacement but have had no responses to follow up emails. Reading reviews suggest I am not a unique case!

contacted the company as after eventually getting them open with pliers , there is no smell and it’s evaporated within a week , i have not had a response , since emailing them this info , total waste of money

I have tried to open the bottles as you would but they just ooze all over your hand and bottles won't open properly. Wasyr of money .....I wish I'd read the reviews first .

I followed their instructions to fill and place it in the car, but after three days, there was still no smell. I tried to contact them, but there was no answer.

Waited a while for item to be sent out and then contacted the seller by email
They apologised to me and sent my sauvageX Dior car diffuser out immediately it smells absolutely lush and you can tell it’s going to last a long time - thank you so much my uncles going to love it

‘Free next day delivery’ 2 weeks later items haven’t even been dispatched. No communication to advise of delays. After emailing multiple times eventually got a response - still no update just asking if I have now received my order. Terrible terrible service.

Have to admit when I saw reviews after I ordered I was worried but absolutely no reason to be. Prompt delivery, updated throughout and the sauvage smells so like the real thing.

I ordered 5 car scents after seeing the advert on Facebook. I ordered on the Sunday evening having not read any reviews. I decided to look at the reviews and was immediately very concerned, feeling I had made a mistake as reviews were very negative.
I would now like to say how wonderful the product is and how rapid the delivery was.
I received my order 2 days later and can honestly say they smell exactly like the original. I will certainly be ordering again in the future.

ordered the Sauvage Car diffuser bundle , came today and it's absolutely unreal, smells identical, ordered another bundle for my brother, fast shipping too

Complete rubbish cheap quality and can’t even open the fragrance bottles even though I got two!

Total rip off, ordered a package the spray and in car defuser costing £18. Only the spray arrived. Immediately tried to correct with them. They asked for proof with photo - not sure what that achieves! Them nothing! Was going to order a few for Xmas stocking fillers, won’t be ordering anymore from these

If i could give this company a zero i would i ordered over 2 weeks ago and have emailed the company to no response and still no product absolutely shocking company avoid

Cheap C**P! Paid £10 for each plugin diffuser, they broke within 2 days. Emailed customer service with no response… found exactly the same ones on Ali express.. £5 for 3! Just shows you what a rip off company this is!

Ordered bum bum car airfreshner, came and the lid was faulty so wouldn't open, just kept clicking, £10 for 1 airfreshner. Contacted them by email and they advised me i might find it hard as it's a safety cap, as I told them I'm well aware, and know how to used a safety cap, that wasn't the issue, it doesn't press down to release. Ignored all my mails after that, I offered to return the faulty one for them to see. Ignored again. Shocking Customer service

Ordered a Sauvage diffuser plus an extra refill bottle of fragrance.
Diffuser arrived with fragrance but no refill.
After several emails back and forth, they made no attempt to send the missing item but agreed to refund that part of the payment. When I chased up the refund, they sent a screenshot stating that a refund had been processed.
It obviously hadn't as the payment never appeared in my PayPal account (the screenshot was likely relating to another unfortunate customer that may have actually received a refund) and I had to raise a case with PayPal to get my refund.
Awful company to deal with.

Ordered in May and never heard anything back or received my order. Business should've been shut down ages ago.

I am absolutely appalled by the service of CarBurst. I still have not received my order which was placed on the 21st July. They were quick to take the money from my account. They have not contacted me to inform me of any updates of what the issue on the delay is. This will be the first & last time I will be using Carburst. Absolute shambles.
