I spent £16 on car freshener and didn’t receive my item, and have not had a refund. I have sent them a number of emails to have no reply.
Stay well clear of the company !!

Appalling, spent £39.00 on car diffusers and can't even open the refills. Absolute dodge and no contact number!!
Sent lots of messages to no avail. Don't touch them

Should have read the reviews before ordering from here. Ordered from here for Father’s Day and haven’t received my order. Sent 2 seperate emails and have received nothing back.
After looking at other reviews here I now have my answer that I will obviously not be receiving my items.
AVOID!!
Despite not receiving my items for a while, somebody from the company had got in touch with me with the problems, these problems have since been resolved with also added extra items due to the issues which were lovely. Can not blame a company for bad delivery services and the items received are good and smell lovely.

Ordered a car air freshener from these over 5 weeks ago, which hasn't arrived. All correspondence i tried to make with them was ignored, which has happened to lots of people judging by the reviews on here. Would strongly advise to not buy from this site.

Wouldn't even give one star, ordered diffuser with oils and the oil smells awful, nothing like what its supposed to smell like.
I've tried contacting them and sent emails with no joy.
I would definitely NOT recommend as a lot of time has passed and they are not responding to any calls or emails

Really bad product. You cannot open the oil bottles properly without getting oil everywhere. Secondly, the black diffuser stick no matter how much oil you put into the cotton you can’t smell anything - the plastic casing deteriorates also. I’ve emailed for a refund and heard nothing. Don’t waste your money!

Arrived quickly, only thing is Evri always leave parcels outside communal door! But that’s a courier issue. Smells lovely, definitely order refill. Thank you!

Delivery took forever. Have no idea how to open the diffuser bottles as they don’t unscrew. Emailed, Facebook messaged & instagram messaged all with no reply. I spent £20 on these and can’t even use them. Feels like a scam.

Contacted car burst well over a week ago filling out there online contact form and no redone. I have since emailed them and sent an Instagram message and still no response! I purchased hanging car diffuser and cannot work out how it works I just need some help with it please!

Made an Order with them almost 10 days ago still not heard about a date of when its being delivered, Temu has a faster delivery time that these!

Product turned up quickly, well packaged, wrong item was sent so emailed and the response was rapid.......definitely will be ordering again as the customer service was fantastic for me

Delivery was quick but the £9.99 diffuser didn’t smell at all when hung in the car! When I opened it and installed it I could only smell it on my fingers waste of money do not buy!

i would rate zero if i could, i ordered from them a little air fresher for my car and the delivery was taking longer than said so i emailed them no reply and contacted evri then it was sent a couple days after and i received a package with nothing in, i have tried to contact them no reply on insta or emails i would never order of here again!! don’t use them

I have ordered from Carburst twice. Both times no issue with delivery! Absolutely brilliant! Ordered on a Sunday, arrived on a Tuesday.

The air fresheners smell brilliant. Gives premium scents with basic prices. The diffuser refill bottle I found difficult to open, but my brother had no issue 😂 so must have been me!

The sauvage diffuser smells great, not too sure about longevity at the moment as I’ve not used them very long. Will update when I have! But I’ve already had family members steal a few products! So they are a definite hit in our household! Shame about all the negative reviews!

Never had an issue hanging diffuser lasted about a year without a refill. Decided to buy a vent diffuser this time along with a refill for my hanging diffuser.
Literally ordered on the 20th and received on the 21st

Order came quickly, Long lasting.
I would definitely buy again

Brilliant smelling, my girlfriend ordered me the SauvageX spray and hanging air freshener! Unreal, 100% will be buying for myself once this one has ran out.

Ordered a hanging air freshener for my car, nearly 2 weeks later I still had no dispatch email. I emailed 3 or 4 times and no reply, I then sent a message on social media and no reply until I sent another email asking for a refund. Eventually the air freshener got delivered and it smells absolutely nothing like the scent I ordered. To be honest I have smelled bins that smell nicer than the air freshener.
