Extremely disappointing Photoshoot Experience
I paid €260 for what was presented to me as a professional flying-dress photoshoot in Cappadocia with Hüseyin Ayyas of CappadociaShoot.com. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed with what I received. The photographs were consistently blurred, including facial details, and were not of the professional quality I expected. I was initially told the photographs would become clearer after downloading them, but they remained blurred.
I also repeatedly asked to see the complete gallery and the videos. Although I was told videos were available, I did not receive them before leaving Cappadocia. The two videos I did receive also did not appear to me to be professional-quality footage.
I understood that my package included three different locations, but I did not receive photographs from the three locations promised.
When I raised my concerns about the quality and asked to discuss the material, the response became personal and I was called names rather than my concerns being addressed. I have kept the correspondence, package information and the photographs/videos.
This was a special birthday experience that I had travelled to Cappadocia for and spent considerable money on. I am sharing my experience so that other customers can make an informed decision about what they are paying for and what they can expect to receive.
